Lounge was a great atmosphere, towards the end. The service was very slow also didn’t have shisha but that’s ok but overall it’s a great place to go.

We weren’t aware that table reservations is only for 2hours. They should have made this clear while booking.

Eadn worst food. Worst customer care. You spend so much money for the bare minimum. Over the weekend I went again family and friends. We were a groups of 8. We opted for the brunch menu and omg the food was so bad. The burgers were so dry. None of us ate them. They delayed our deserts made up take it away because they needed the table n our time was done yet they let us order another bottle of Ciroc. Then we were told to leave because they gave the table to another group. Only giving one star because I have to give a star otw I wouldn’t. Saxophonist n drummer were great thou so I guess they make up for the inconvenience.

This restaurant was overpriced for basic food, i've had better for less money. The decor was absolutely luxurious perfect for picture taking moments but that's it, a pig in lipstick comes to mind. The drinks were lovely and they should maintain that level. The service was disorganised and slow, when ithe food came out it was lukwarm/cold. Really disappointed with the whole experience. Few suggestions for the restaurant in order for people to keep to their time, the servers should go round and " say you have 30mins left do you want to order more food or drinks?" Not cancel your order and have you still waiting for it, then be told your over your time and need to leave now. Overhyped on tiktok for no reason, very disappointing.

There was a line to enter despite having a reservation. The food portions are tiny and the titles on the menu are even misleading. One of the items listed that we ordered were called King prawns but as you can see in my photo, they were small shrimp. The cocktails were tasty and the service was good though.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday there. And I would so go back again. Excellent service and great staff.

Make sure you order a drink off the menu because the drinks are nasty if you don’t. The manager was great but servers are bad. Would go again but only after 11

Had a good time but they tried to sell our table like halfway through the night. A huge group ended up trying to kick us off OUR table that was booked for my birthday. Ended up getting them kicked off, one of the workers John promised us a bottle for the inconvenience and just went home and didn’t bother. Messy and silly experience but the vibes were great other than that. Loved the drummer & saxophonist.

Booked through open a month in advance.. turned up only to be told they were nit receiving open table bookings and “sorry we can’t find your reservation” at the door. My friends and I had no reservations despite having traveled so far. To make matters worse this happened to a few other people who had birthday celebrations booked on the day. Absolutely disgusting service!
