Terrible service, terrible people. I’ve had been advised that once you book a table at 10.30pm you have the table for the whole night and can come anytime after that time. When I arrived my table was given away. They did not find me another table and ruined my night This place favours the people they know as other reserved tables who has book early rolled in at 12am and 1am and they were able to be seated. They prioritise men on tables because they think only men have money - second time going disappointed both times

To start with our reservation was made months in advance and I got a confirmation 2 days before saying the booking had a 15 mins grace period and if later to call the number and inform the host. My guests arrived just after 22:30 and in line with the 15 mins grace period and were turned around saying the table had been given away. No explanation nothing. Hosts were very adamant about anything and refused to even speak to anyone. Mind you the reservation line had a full voice mail box which usually is a red flag around how poor the customer service is and how much they even care about your message. Texted the number and no response either. So there was even no way for you to reach out to these people. I have zero faith in this establishment tbh. Run for profit at the expense of their customers who they have zero respect for. Safe to say I will never patronize this place again. I am better off with my money where I am treated with more dignity and respect.

Everything we ordered took so long to come out including drinks. The cocktails were very watered down could hardly taste any alcohol. The food quality was poor and not worth the value. Customer service was slow it seemed more attention was focused in the lounge that the restaurant. Very disappointed with the overall experience

I've consistently had a great time at Eadn! Every visit feels welcoming, thanks to the amazing owners, managers and security who genuinely care about their guests. Their dedication to keeping the place running smoothly and ensuring everyone has a great time is evident. They are incredibly kind and always go the extra mile to look after us. The staff are fantastic, providing excellent customer service every time. The vibe is always a 10/10 I highly recommend!
