Hilary Cline with Cline Family Cellars is pouring signature selections with dinner for 1-night only! Enjoy a flight of 4-wines for $25. Full a la carte menu available. Hilary Cline joined her family’s business in 2015 on the sales team covering Northern California and Strategic Accounts across the US. Two years later, she spent time working in viticulture in Sonoma County, New Zealand and Napa. She rejoined her family in early 2019 and initially oversaw business management and development, then progressed to her current position of VP of Marketing and DTC. Hilary, along with her family members working at Cline are stewarding the future of Cline to focus on Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc while retaining their position as a world-renowned Zinfandel producer. Hilary recently launched Gust, a small- production Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah brand, with her sister Megan, sourced from her family’s vineyards in the Petaluma Gap.

First time visiting E3 and it did not disappoint! From the bacon wrapped dates appetizer, amazing wedge salad, to the signature chops from their own farm in Kansas!! Service and staff were incredible and wine list was on point. We will definitely be back!!

If this was a steakhouse in Kansas City it wouldn’t last a month. Had really high hopes even though a few locals told us it wasn’t very good. In hindsight we should have listened to their advice. We aren’t picky people but we know beef and this wasn’t worth the price.

This was our 3rd time to E3 for dinner during our ski trip. Service was great. All food we had was delicious. We had 5 different steaks at our table and all were cooked to exactly how we ordered them. Our waitress, Addi, was awesome. Creamed corn and mashed potatoes were great sides. We opted for the creme brûlée and skillet cookie and both were delicious.

Food service was slow. Over an hour and 10 minutes. Steal was rubbery.

One of the best meals I have ever had. I wasn’t expecting that. I just figured a normal steakhouse dinner. I ended up having Seabass and thank God I did it. It was amazing. This will be my first reservation. I make when I go back to steamboat.

A buddy and I were in town to ski for 4 days. This restaurant was so good on the 1st night we ate there, we cancelled our reservation the next night at a different restaurant to come back to E3. This is one of the best restaurants I have been to. From the greeting at the front door, to the fantastic E3 Manhattan, to the Tomahawk Bison Steak. Everything is done to perfection. The service is attentive and very friendly. I would give it 6 out of 5-Stars if they let me.

I specifically asked for a table near the window that was quieter. Rather, we got a table away from the window that was the noisiest space in the restaurant—near a loud large table and next to the kitchen. There were two tables that were like what I requested, and we weren’t offered either. The food was good. The kitchen got behind and it was 45 minutes to get our food. With all our great options in the area, we will rethink revisiting in the near future.

We had steak, lobster, lamb chops, sides and wine. All were excellent especially the lamb. Great view of the Winter Carnival on the mountain. We always enjoy E3!

Worst cut of steak I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Couldn’t have been even choice grade meat. Medium rare temp was good but the cut was so tough it was almost inedible. Never going back.
