    The restaurant was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Wonderful atmosphere Morgan was even better with her Customer Service

    Really enjoyed the food. Different experience with the menu options and availability. But the choices I made were amazing! The staff was exceptional very friendly and accommodating.

    Food and atmosphere are fantastic. Always is and could not recommend enough. For a negative: Hostess was uncaring and rude. You could tell she did not want to be there nor help anyone. Waitress took quite awhile to greet us and take at least a drink order. Beyond those two people, everything else was great.

    They are not as consistent as I would like. We’ve had some great meals at E3 but this time was just so-so…and at their current prices, so-so doesn’t cut it. Appetizers were too slow coming out (“ticket was lost”?) and prep was poor after they rushed them. Manager comped—appreciated—but still a bad impression. Steaks were good.

    First. We were seated without drink menus. We had to ask for them. Twice. The waitress was kind but she seemed overly concerned about filling everyone’s waters then seeing if we needed anything. Second. The wine list was great but our first three choices you didn’t have. Kind of disappointing as I made my reservation based off your wine list on line. Also. The sommelier was in a tee shirt. He didn’t pour the wine and the waitress didn’t serve it properly. A tasting pour should be a splash not half a glass and for the cost of a bottle it should be decanted like other tables received. We did not get it decanted. Finally I had the gnocchi and my husband had the filet. Both meals were ok. The gnocchi dish only had six pieces of gnocchi in it and the squash was under cooked. I really wanted to like it. The place is beautiful and very cozy for a couples night out. Just disappointed.

    Not sure if it was a bad night, I’ve been here many times and always looked forward to coming back. This visit took that desire away for the foreseeable future. Of note: The light shining from the street is obnoxious and should have a curtain to protect against retina burns. Rare steaks are served medium here While I appreciate allergy modifications, removing the titled ingredient isn’t really a mod, at least give a heads up that it will be a different dish than expected. (Creamed spinach without cream is spinach)

    Our waiter Nate was amazing - so attentive to our needs. The steaks at E3 are perfection - my sister and I both got the 8 oz Filet. The Brussels Sprouts and Mac & Cheese in cast iron skillets were delicious as was the Butternut Squash soup.

    Atmosphere was good and the people were nice, but they were understaffed. It took a long time to meet our waiter and even longer to get our drinks and food. We witnessed two tables leave before they ordered, something we considered ourselves before we met the personable young man who would wait on us. The entree was served at the same time as the salad course. The food had potential but needed more seasoning and wasn’t as hot as we would have liked. As previously stated the staff was nice and they visited our table to apologize but overall we were underwhelmed by our visit.
