Came during a bengals game. Sat for over 15 minutes before asking the hostess to send the server over to greet us. Our server forgot to put our appetizer in. After 30 minutes, I asked the hostess again to get our server. She came over saying the kitchen “lost the ticket” and our entrees will be out soon. When our entrees came, she said “we’ll just forget about the guacamole because the kitchen is so behind and I don’t know how long it’ll take.” Who does that? You’re going to tell me to forget my appetizer I order 40+ minutes ago because you forgot to rang it in and the kitchen is busy? You don’t even need to cook anything for guacamole. Unacceptable service, per usual.

We have booked a table during the bengals game before with no issues but this time it seemed that they had double booked as it took over 30 minutes to even get seated and then we were at the bar. I was fine with the bar but not sure about the delay.

Always great food. The fried rice was a little spicy for some but perfect for me. Tell they if you don’t like heat. I loved the fried Brussels salad and the appetizer ribs! 😋

Should rename it Club Sushi. Was there on a Saturday evening, they had a DJ and it averaged between 95-105dB at the table. For reference, that’s like having dinner with a blender running non-stop on your table. Food was good, but was so loud it was not enjoyable. Would not go back.

The food at E&O is always amazing - great menu, the Kale Brussel sprout salad will forever be my favorite. I gave this last experience a lower score since the restaurant charged my card incorrect (almost double what my bill was). Instead of the manager notifying me right away about the mistake, I saw the charge come through on my credit app and had to waive our server over to explain. He apologized and said that he had already fixed it and I should see the correct amount when the charge goes through.

Service was awful, drinks sat empty for over an hour at one point and server only came over to drop food and hustled away every single time.
