Lukasz Szumski’s culinary career began early at the age of 18, as a chef in the Chicago Rib Shack, Obica Mozzarella Bar and other great brands, Lukasz sought opportunities to develop his creativity

Lukasz Szumski has developed his culinary techniques with a passion for locally sourced products. In 2022, Lukasz established The Dusty Miller restaurant, where he elevated the restaurant to its current state and continued to update the menu every week. Everyone has something to treat themselves.

The Dusty Miller Gastropub menu has a lot of options for everyone for gluten-free, vegan or meaty options.

The food was nice but only one young lady working so the service was extremely slow. It was an hour from reservation time to having our food arrive.

Food and Service were great, but disappointed to learn that you have stopped serving Guinness, without being able to offer another alternative. We would have been very happy to stay for another drink or 2! but left early due to this. It is a shame as is a very comfortable and cosy pub, and would be willing to spend longer there, as has a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely roast dinner, second time visiting Dusty Miller and would definitely return again. The pork belly is so tender and tastes delicious. I would prefer an alternative vegetable to red cabbage as not that keen and will definitely ask next time. Portion size just right too.

Service was exceptional complimented by amazing food. Nothing was too much bother. Real attentive detail to service and food. We will definitely go back soon. Hope to see you there too!

It was our first time to dine at the Dusty Miller and the food and service was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be dining here again
