Lukasz Szumski’s culinary career began early at the age of 18, as a chef in the Chicago Rib Shack, Obica Mozzarella Bar and other great brands, Lukasz sought opportunities to develop his creativity

Lukasz Szumski has developed his culinary techniques with a passion for locally sourced products. In 2022, Lukasz established The Dusty Miller restaurant, where he elevated the restaurant to its current state and continued to update the menu every week. Everyone has something to treat themselves.

The Dusty Miller Gastropub menu has a lot of options for everyone for gluten-free, vegan or meaty options.

Sunday roast choice and quality was excellent. I, being a real ale drinker, was disappointed there weren’t any. Although the drinks menu stated there were a choice of cask ales. Had there been so, the whole experience would have been perfect.

Dusty millers has become mine and my family’s favourite.the kids love the outdoor garden where they can have a kick about or jump on there new trampoline 😀 The food is 10/10 The staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable and the service is great Our last visit was Father’s Day and we brought my dad most of us had a Sunday roast and it was lovely my dad had a great day Thank you Dusty miller

My husband asked me to book a table to take his dad out and obviously, it’s a no brainer, so I Booked a table for 4 for Father’s Day at the Dusty Miller. I then had to add a person at the last minute, which one of the girls at the restaurant did swiftly over the phone and with no problem the day before. We were greeted on arrival and shown to our table. The restaurant was rammed! I’ve never seen it so full, which was great! Drinks and food orders were taken quickly. The Father’s Day menu was amazing and such good value and had so many options, and we were also pleased to see the smoked salmon with pickled fennel and horseradish on the starters. Trust me, it’s delicious (: I had the vegan roast, which was lovely, and the lovely waitress even bought me a Yorkshire pudding, after I explained I’m not a vegan. The rest of the family had roast meats which they all enjoyed. Food was presented beautifully and was delicious as always! We even managed to get Dad to try the chicken yakitori, which he enjoyed and doesn’t normally try anything remotely exotic! Then on to the puddings. The sticky toffee pudding and custard was the best I’d ever eaten! It was delicious. Family had the berry meringue pud, which looked great and apparently tasted even better! The dads even got a free gift at the end, which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff at the Dusty Miller for a wonderful Father’s Day lunch.

We had a fabulous time at the dusty miller, our waitress was so good, remembering everyone’s orders without writing down! (Party of 9 people). The food was amazing, we all ate different food and we all loved it! We will definitely return.

Second time myself and my partner of gone for Sunday lunch, and both times the food and service was excellent. The pork belly in particular was amazing! Definitely be back

Completely awful. Out of a party of 14 half were which were children, 5 adult meals were sent back. Either the chef doesn't care of he's just incompetent. Avoid this place like the plague
