DUNE by Laurent Tourondel, named 2022 Best Restaurant (Fort Lauderdale) by Miami New Times, is one of South Florida’s most desirable oceanfront dining experiences. Enjoy an inspiring new menu and newly designed space by the illustrious Alfredo Paredes Studio. DUNE by LT will become your new favorites, featuring unparalleled ocean views and covoted beachfront dining access.

DUNE by Laurent Tourondel is South Florida’s only celebrity chef-driven oceanfront restaurant and special event venues able to accommodate social, corporate gatherings, beachfront weddings, and other special occasions from 10 - 500 people with customized menus by Chef Laurent Tourondel in addition to oceanfront meetings and events. A private wine room is available by reservation in addition to semi-private and private spaces and dining rooms with full audio/visual and sound capabilities for seamless presentations.

    We had reservations... promptly seated. Then we waited 10 minutes and no one had come to our table... no water... no waiter... nothjng... the place was not that busy... so we got up to go sit at the bar... hostess noticed that we were moving and we told her we'd been waiting at table too long with no service. We ate at the bar... they comped our 1st round of drinks. Food was average... nothing special. The place is OVER RATED.

    Restaurant was half empty on a Saturday night, kitchen was in the weeds, food took forever and was average at best. Good sushi. Beautiful place but wouldn’t recommend or return.

    Our family has enjoyed Dune many times and it never disappoints, but last night, our server, Frank, was especially attentive, and the feta and beets appetizer was especially tasty.

    One of our favorite restaurants. But I don’t want you to go there because I don’t want it to be too crowded when we want to go. Just joking. Well not really. But it is a beautiful place and a beautiful setting on the ocean. Truly, one of our favorites.
