Dumplings Plus is a family friendly, Chinese fusion restaurant chain operating at a range of metropolitan locations and shopping centres in & around Melbourne. with locations in Melbourne CBD, Chadstone, Highpoint, Fountain Gate, Eastland, Northland and Epping, our aim is to provide our customers with authentic Chinese and modern Asian cuisine. Originating from China and with 2000 years of history; hand-made noodles, steamed buns and dumplings (made from wheat flour) are embodiments of Chinese culture. Dumplings Plus offer an opportunity to taste the flavour of traditional Chinese cuisine. The noodles, steamed buns and dumplings are served or stuffed either with fresh meat, seafood or vegetables and they are tasty, delicious and healthy. Dumplings Plus put a strong emphasis on the proper combination of fresh ingredients.

Dumplings Plus never disappoints. Food was fast, high quality and served with a great smile. Friendly staff. Great family atmosphere. Will always go back for more. Clever approach to very effective and unique restaurant experience. Thank you.

We are party of 5 and we ordered a variety of dishes including Pineapple Fried Rice with Seafood, House Special Fried Rice (shrimp & BBQ Pork), Stir Fried Chinese Broccoli, Lemon Chicken, Mongolian Beef on a sizzling plate, and Sichuan Style Fried Chicken (Boneless). Unfortunately, our experience was mixed. The Lemon Chicken had a thick layer of flour which was not ideal and tasted quite unpleasant, not what we expected at all. The Stir Fried Chinese Broccoli lacked the essential "wok hei" flavor, and the fried rice seemed pre-fried and was served lukewarm, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the Mongolian Beef on the sizzling plate and the Sichuan Style Fried Chicken (Boneless) were both delicious and met our expectations. Overall, this was our first visit, and while some dishes were enjoyable, others fell short of our expectations. We hope the restaurant can improve on these aspects for a better dining experience in the future.

Dumplings Plus. Our first time there and certainly won’t be the last. The food is high quality. The service was courteous and prompt. The dumplings are sensational!! Wow!! A fun and social environment with great food!! Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

The food was great (as always), but the service was lacking a little bit. We had to ask twice for utensils to serve our food as the holders on the table were empty. We ended up going and getting them ourselves. And we had to ask twice for one of our drinks (an iced tea). It was finally brought to the table after all of the food was served.

This place could not wait to get rid of their diners as soon as they think they are finished. The waiter and the floor supervisor quickly emptied our table in a manner that lacked gentleness, noisily roughly piling the plates. It was when I looked at them in disgust that they left with only the plates in their hands. We were not overstaying, our bill was $100+, and stayed there for 40 mins... so why were they rushing us? The floor staff (waiters and waitresses) there should be trained CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOD MANNERS!!
