The food is very good in a nice setting. It was great to have the variety ranging from excellent pizzas to high end specials.

The food was great. Service could be a bit better: we made a reservation and came on time, but had to wait as there were 6 reservations backlog.

Fabulous setting under the mountains of Zion National Park fir a wonderful authentic Italian meal. My all complaint us the charge for bread- really?? It was our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. It us also within walking distance of many hotels.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Dulivia Italian in Springdale. The decor is beautifully enhanced by some great art pieces that really add to the ambiance. Even though they were understaffed, our server Jordan was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. The host Brendan was also very pleasant and welcoming. We shared a salad, which was impressively large, and all of our main courses and sides were delicious. Overall, a fantastic meal and experience! Highly recommend this restaurant when visiting the area.

We went for my birthday and we had reservations. There was literally only 4 tables being occupied and about 15 open. The manager said we could pick wherever we wanted to sit. Every table we asked for he ended up telling us "no" because it would mess up his servers rotation. There were two tables side by side at the windows, one had a beautuful view the other was blocked by a building outside. He told us we could only sit at the table with the blocked view. This made no sense. I told him I was in food service and he was catering to his staff rather than the customer and he said. "Well that is how it run MY restaurant. Really? He was super unprofessional. We had reservations for the restaurant Switchback the next day which is owned by the same owner. Needless to say we canceled this reservations. I was very appalled that the manager of all people was not accommodating to the customer. Remember, there were only 4 tables occupied at the time. Restaurant was practically vacant. Food was good. Our actual server was the best part of the night. His name was Charlie. My second martini was only filled 1/4 of the glass too. Probably won't ever go back.

Visited both Switchback and Dulvia (same owner) on consecutive evenings in early October. Had long standing reservations on OpenTable for a party of 6. Food for both restaurants was excellent. My frustration came from the poor service. Both restaurants were severely under staffed with the front-line personnel seemly loosed as to what to do next even though both restaurants were not busy. At Switchback we were told we could not sit at the bar, as we waited for our reservation because the bar tender was new and we don’t want to overwhelm him. (there were two guest sitting at the bar) Not sure if it was the end of season or just the way they run their restaurant(s) but for a high-end restaurant, in Springdale, UT I would suggest you save your money and make it a pizza and beer night for your next visit.
