We recently celebrated my birthday at Dulcesalado, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. For appetizers, we ordered the plantain soup and chistorra, both of which were delicious and packed with rich, authentic flavors. The plantain soup was creamy with just the right balance of sweetness and savory, while the chistorra was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. For our main dishes, I opted for the Cubano sandwich, which was one of the best I’ve ever had—crispy bread, tender pork, and all the traditional fixings that made each bite memorable. My wife had the Serenata, and she couldn't stop raving about how fresh and flavorful it was. To top off the meal, we indulged in their budín for dessert, and it was the perfect sweet ending. The texture was moist, and the flavors were rich yet not overpowering—truly a standout. The service was outstanding, with the staff ensuring that every part of our dining experience was perfect. Dulcesalado truly made the evening special, and we can’t wait to return to try more of their menu. Highly recommended!

La comida es excelente, la atención fue buena. El restaurante es bueno para quienes se quedan en el hotel. El sabor de la comida es exquisito. El complejo tiene servicio de valet parking debido a que no hay opciones gratuitas para estacionamiento. Se aconseja reservar debido a que el restaurante es pequeño.

Great tasting food, good and prompt service. A nice place for a tasty meal. Has valet service which helps a lot. Would recommend for sure.

Excelente servicio y la comida estaba deliciosa. En esta ocasión pedimos las croquetas de bacalao, los pastelillos cubanos y el watermelon sushi. En la comida probamos las viandas con bacalao, el salmón , el arroz mamposteao y los tostones. ¡Nos encantó!

Our dinner was amazing. We were a group of 8. We had the watermelon sushi (our favorite)octopus tartare, scallops, surf & turf, ravioli, shrimp with Spanish rice,goat cheese flan and chocolate cake. Our server Marlin was outstanding. We had ordered a Cabernet bottle. It was not available through it. She made a very good recommendation to substitute it. Highly recommend this restaurant one visiting Puerto Rico.
