I wanted to share our recent experience at your South Center location on Valentine’s Day. We have always enjoyed visiting your Seattle and Bellevue locations, but due to the holiday, we decided to try this one instead. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We ordered two appetizers, two main dishes, and two glasses of wine. However, while we were still drinking our wine and had just received our main courses, the check was brought to our table. This made us feel rushed and took away from what was supposed to be a special and enjoyable evening. Additionally, the food quality did not meet our expectations. The vegetables in the main dish were clearly overcooked, turning dark and unappetizing. Overall, the meal was not as well-prepared as what we’ve come to expect from your other locations. Our server was one we had previously and he was great!! We love the menu options and specials. No matter what we choose on the menu the food always satisfies!

Dukes is always a great experience. They have variety on the menu and quality ingredients. They are my go to. Their fresh sheet always has seasonal delicious options. They are consistent and local. It’s a great way to have a delicious meal with friendly service without having to be fancy.

Ken was an excellent server! We were a larger party (six) and he took his time as one of us were late. We had a very nice area so we didn't bother other patrons as us ladies were talking. Food was great! A little on the higher side but they do have some great combos!

The food is the most delicious I’ve had tasted 😍 and the service was really good, 20/10. I had a great time and I’m planning to go one more time and taste different foods. Ty for everything

The reception staff, shortly after they opened the doors, was away from the desk for several minutes on two occasions during my visit. When waiting and not getting attention, 2 minutes can seem like a long time. The server was nice and helpful. They really need to have a "lunch special" menu as many people can't afford $32 for 2 pieces of fish and chips. Food was good but over priced.

Our waiter was top notch and the food is super fresh and creatively prepared. Also fish and seafood are responsibly sourced.
