Add an order of fresh live Australian Mud Crab to your dining experience. We source mud crabs around 1.1KG per crab but if you require a larger crab please contact the restaurant after booking your experience to arrange with staff for your visit. We can cook your mud crab in a variety of different sauce styles. Wet sauce options include Singaporean style with fried Man Tou Buns, Ginger Shallot with e-fu noodle base, Garlic butter with fried Man tou Buns. Dry sauce options include our signature Typhoon Shelter Style and 3 peppercorn. Please specify which sauce option you'd like, 1 option per 1 crab. We only take a $50 deductible deposit per crab item, with the remainder of the crab balance paid at the final bill.

We source lobsters fresh daily, with a minimum order of 1.5kg per lobster but if you require a larger lobster please contact the restaurant after booking your experience to arrange with staff for your visit.
