Offrant une vue panoramique et spectaculaire sur l'océan Atlantique et la rivière Shrewsbury, l'Ama Ristorante at the Driftwood propose une cuisine traditionnelle et innovante des classiques toscans, dans un cadre chaleureux et accueillant rappelant une villa toscane. La cuisine primée est préparé par le chef Charles (Chuck) Lesbirel, qui utilise les ingrédients de meilleure qualité et les plus frais qui soient. I recently dined at Drifthouse by David Burke, and I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful! The stunning ocean views provided a serene and beautiful backdrop, making for a truly memorable meal. The food was exceptional, with each dish showcasing incredible flavors and presentation. The variety on the menu catered to all tastes, and everything I tried was delicious and expertly prepared. While the service was just okay, the overall ambiance and the quality of the food more than made up for it. The staff were polite but could have been a bit more attentive. However, this minor hiccup did not detract from the overall positive experience. If you're looking for a place with top-notch cuisine and a picturesque setting by the ocean, Drifthouse is definitely worth a visit. I look forward to returning and enjoying another wonderful meal with that stunning view!

Always a Great experience, food was Wonderful and service is always on point. Great selection of seafood to choose from. Desserts never disappoint. Highly recommend.

A Stellar Experience at Drifthouse We recently had the pleasure of dining at Drifthouse, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we felt like we were guests in someone’s home rather than just another table at a busy restaurant. The GM greeted us warmly, and our server made sure we felt welcome throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to find a place where the entire team—from the front of the house to the kitchen professionals—works together to create such an inviting atmosphere, but Drifthouse nails it. Despite being a packed weekend night, everything was executed flawlessly. The vibe was lively yet relaxed, and you could sense that everyone, diners and staff alike, was genuinely enjoying the moment. The food was simply extraordinary. My husband and I indulged in the seafood dishes, and we were blown away. Every bite was a revelation; the fish was cooked to perfection, flaky yet moist, and the vegetables were vibrant and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that fresh, high-quality ingredients are a priority here. And then there were the desserts—absolutely divine. Each one transported us to another dimension of indulgence. We highly recommend trying the key lime. It’s rare to experience a meal where every element is so thoughtfully prepared, but Drifthouse exceeded all our expectations. If you’re looking for a place that delivers not just a meal but an experience, Drifthouse is the spot. It’s more than just great food; it’s the genuine hospitality and the joyful atmosphere that make it truly special. Can't wait for next time, we're trying the bacon and cotton candy cake pops

Jersey Shore Restaurant Week! Great Value here. The menu offered a wonderful selection. We had the pretzel crab cake and ceasar to start, followed by the Rigatoni and Lobster Fra Diavlo - everything was delicious and I highly recommend it all!

Guitar player was ok, but not welcomed for a 6:00pm reservation. That's just my preference. Waited over 5 min looking at menu before server came by. Service was great after that. Salmon was good. Probably chop was cooked fairly, but meat quality not as pristine as expected. Mussels app was delicious. Short wine pour.

I like Drift House a lot. The location, food & service makes it a great place to go. Its on our list of go to restaurants.

This was a special event run by NJ Restaurant week whose owner Jim Flynn picked the right place to have a wine pairing dinner to celebrate its 15th anniversary. David Burke was the entertaining speaker. I am a frequent diner at Drifthouse and usually go there for either a quick dinner or a romantic night out for 2 - the place works for both! This event was sooo different! There was a huge invited crowd with an impressive menu. From a lobster bisque with loads of lobster to a beef rib which was so generous i couldnot polish it off ( with regret!) to a Lucious key lime pie ( definitely using real key limes ) each of 5 courses matched with a nice well chosen wine pairing. It was a joy to watch Hafid, the restaurant manager handle this event making sure that his excellent well-trained staff served the entire crowd properly - sort of like watching the coach on the sideline giving instructions to ensure that his team scored a touchdown! It did! It was apparently a success for all. Im sure the Restaurant Week people were pleased with this event. I would run an event there if I were looking for a great place based on this experience.

Delicious food and awesome live music. We had a juicy chicken francese and tasty hamburger. Service was excellent with our waitress Kelly.
