Drift brings to Rehoboth Beach a premier raw bar and seafood restaurant in an elevated dining environment. Our daily menu varies as we focus on sourcing only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. We communicate directly with our network of providers to ensure only the best ingredients are selected. From the moment we arrived, my wife, daughter and I felt very welcomed by everyone we passed! The food is the star of the show. The dressed oysters were cold, fresh and delicous. The crab hushpuppies were a delicous twist! The hand and homemade breaded coconut shrimp sere coomed to perfection. Short story, everything was delicous. Our server Kayla was a joy - the perfect combination of friendly, informative, and just the right amoubt of attentiveness! We will be back often.

Delicious, interesting and inventive menu. Grilled Oyster mushrooms were amazing. Attentive service. I hope to return soon.

Drift is fantastic! Amazing chef — we were two couples and had about eight different dishes because we couldn’t decide on what to get and we wanted to taste everything. Each dish was better than the next. The crab hush puppies were my favorite. We’ve been coming to Rehobeth for decades and have gone to all of the new restaurants, this was one of the best and I highly recommend it.

Amazing food and amazing service. Our favorite restaurant in Rehoboth so much so that we made 3 reservations in our annual one week trip to make sure we didn’t miss out on trying any of the menu items 😊

Very cozy, but vibrant place. Service is excellent. Wish they had a better selection of red wines. They don’t really go with the menu they offer. Great overall, would go back any time.

We generally don't have high expectations for restaurants in beach communities. Drift was excellent. Friendly and attentive staff, properly paced meal, creative presentation. The fluke ceviche and focaccia were excellent. Grilled peach panzanella was our favorite dish. I'm usually not a fan of lobster but had to try the lobster French toast. Viola!

We enjoyed dinner on a Sunday evening. Peaches and ricotta were beautiful on the plate and a lovely combination. Fried oysters were nicely crusted and the accompanying sauce enhanced the flavors. Service was warm and gracious.
