Drift specializes in exceptionally sourced and prepared seafood which reflects the rich culinary traditions of our region. We have created a unique and intimate atmosphere as well as a carefully curated beverage program. We hope you enjoy every aspect of your dining experience with Drift.

Drift brings to Rehoboth Beach a premier raw bar and seafood restaurant in an elevated dining environment. Our daily menu varies as we focus on sourcing only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. We communicate directly with our network of providers to ensure only the best ingredients are selected. Food was excellent, service good, patio was chilly but the heat lamps & lap blankets really helped. Will return with more friends to share the food!

This was our second experience at Drift, and it was a wonderful occasion celebrating a friend's birthday. Two of us had the chef's tasting courses with wine pairings, and each dish was a treat, paired perfectly with wine choices. Two of us had the blue crab hushpuppies, a signature dish that is exquisite. The service was great, friendly greetings from the manager, and thoughtful birthday card. The renovation of this old camp house was exquisite and created a great ambience for this restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Great, innovative menu perfect for our birthday dinner. Outstanding service from everyone, from the host to the wait staff to the bar. There were so many interesting menu items to choose from! Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about all of them and was able to help us make a selection. We ordered the Dressed Oysters (a fabulous flavor explosion!), Oyster Stew, Swordfish Schnitzel, Lobster French Toast, and Blood Orange/Vanilla Cheesecake. Everything we had was excellent! We did not order from the bar, but could see that the drinks being made were as innovative as the food on the menu. Generous portions; we had enough to bring home for dinner the next night. It was our first time here, but it won't be our last!

Had the chef’s tasting menu which was perfect in every way. Each course was delicious, imaginative and expertly prepared. Started out with an arugula salad which had so many contrasting tastes and textures, followed by swordfish “belly” kabobs which were very tasty. Next shrimp linguini, 3 huge shrimp with pasta perfectly prepared, followed by a dark chocolate budino. Meal was fabulous. Companion enjoyed oysters with a caviar dressing, followed by an expertly prepared flank steak with fried olives. Every dish had a some unusual interesting preparation which delighted the palate. Drift is truly a winner.

This was our first visit to Drift and we definitely will be back. An intimate ambiance offering outstanding service. The meal presentation is unique. The entree size is generous and delicious. A great restaurant for that “special occasion” dinner. Well done!!!

Great cozy restaurant with excellent food and service. Went for New Year’s Eve and everything was delicious. Tuna tartar, flank steak, fettuccini and oysters were all beautifully prepared and excellent! Will definitely be back.

We were seated outside & although there were heaters & blankets, the area is not completely enclosed and there are openings to the outside. We were fortunate to go on an evening when it was 50 degrees and we couldn’t imagine being seated in this area had it been any colder. Limited menu with very pricey cocktails @ $18 each, even for a glass of basic Cava. If you plan on ordering a full meal (appetizer, entree & dessert) plus drinks; plan on $100 per person.
