Drift specializes in exceptionally sourced and prepared seafood which reflects the rich culinary traditions of our region. We have created a unique and intimate atmosphere as well as a carefully curated beverage program. We hope you enjoy every aspect of your dining experience with Drift.

Drift brings to Rehoboth Beach a premier raw bar and seafood restaurant in an elevated dining environment. Our daily menu varies as we focus on sourcing only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. We communicate directly with our network of providers to ensure only the best ingredients are selected. We believe the geography of Rehoboth Beach provides an opportunity to showcase the truly unique and diverse seafood and produce found in our area.

    Wonderful and Delicious and great service… Highlights- fried oysters, panzanella, caccio with crab!!! Soft shell crab -over coated in batter and pea shoots bland… All in all a super cool eatery!!!

    Fantastic food overall. The options were very limited for one of our diners with celiac disease (severe gluten allery), which typically isnt the case at a seafood restaurant. Restaurant was too noisey to hear each other at some points. We’ll be back but request a table outside!

    Food was excellent but the service was very slow (eg, took 20 minutes to get drinks). Restaurant was not busy so unsure what the issue was with service.

    Chef Tom and his team always make us feel welcomed. Another amazing dinner before the fireworks. Dressed oysters 🦪 and crab spaghetti were outstanding, thank you to all the staff at Drift! Ty, Annamarie, and Koda. 🐕‍🦺

    Great variety on menu - everything we had was delicious (10+ dishes among us). A bit less “fishy” than the name suggests. Definitely had seafood involved in most dishes but not necessarily the focal point (eg cacio e Pepe with some crabmeat). don’t have the seafood hater steer you away - they can get ribs or steak, or several other options. Busy as one might expect in the summer so bar service a bit slow and food pacing a touch off. But definitely will be back.

    Delicious fresh ingredients! Loved the Que Sera Sera cocktail, the peach and whipped ricotta panzenella, the halibut and the raviolo. Definitely coming back!!

    Hip and trendy offerings with excellent service and good ambiance. A little cramped due to the small space so volume levels can easily elevate. Limited options for people with specific limitations, i.e. pregnant women. Overall recommend.
