Drift brings to Rehoboth Beach a premier raw bar and seafood restaurant in an elevated dining environment. Our daily menu varies as we focus on sourcing only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. We communicate directly with our network of providers to ensure only the best ingredients are selected. Delicious fresh ingredients! Loved the Que Sera Sera cocktail, the peach and whipped ricotta panzenella, the halibut and the raviolo. Definitely coming back!!

Hip and trendy offerings with excellent service and good ambiance. A little cramped due to the small space so volume levels can easily elevate. Limited options for people with specific limitations, i.e. pregnant women. Overall recommend.

Everything was perfect. The drinks the service the atmosphere. Our favorite restaurant. Worth the drive from Annapolis. Thank you again for an amazing experience!

The atmosphere was nice, I liked that the menu was set up to share/ family style. The sharing plates were good but I’d say overpriced for what you get. The main course was a huge disappointment. The halibut was incredibly bland and the vegetables that came on top of the fish were overly salty. The curry sauce was watery and just sitting like a soup around the fish. Huge let down. The cacio e pepe was too thick / clumpy and now well mixed.

We came to Drift to celebrate our one year engagement anniversary, the staff went out of their way to wish us well and even gave us a card that multiple employees had signed. To top it off they gave us a complimentary Prosecco toast, they were so thoughtful and the food was amazing. Would 100% recommend!

We went with all apps and small plates and everything was excellent. Standouts - the dressed oyster, scallop ceviche, panzanella, and the bluefin tuna shiso wrap. Service was excellent and I always love when a resrtaurant provides some thoughtful N/A beverages. New Rehoboth favorite.

Our server Danny was very helpful in explaining the menu so that we could select our choices. The crab hushpuppies and coconut shrimp were delicious as were the lobster French toast and the Cacio Pepe. The Fazzetti lamb ragu was too salty, but the al dente pasta was prepared very well. We would have liked more options or different options for dessert. There were mixed feelings about the burnt cheesecake.
