We made a reservation with a deposit and were late (I did call to inform them and they said to come anyway). When we arrived, the hosts initially said they were closed, could not find our reservation, and then told us to just go sit at the bar. After waiting 15 minutes at the bar for a server, we approached one to ask if we could stay or if they were closed for the evening. They said they could serve us. We ordered the tuna app and another app. The tuna was $19 (I believe) with 3 very small slices. We ordered 2 cocktails that were very strong and didn’t taste balanced. The bill was over $75 before tip and we left shortly thereafter. I was hoping for a better experience but the staff seemed overwhelmed and generally unhappy to be there. In my opinion, it was overpriced for the quality.

Surprisingly better than some of the reviews! Set menu for NYE event. Sea Bass recommended which was a treat. Ice Cream dessert recommended but I’d say pass with no flavor/bland. Check your bill carefully. We weren’t the only ones that to have the bill corrected from there overcharges.

Made a reservation for New Year’s Eve, it was not advertised at the time of booking that they were having a prefix menu for $120 per person. Have been here previously many of times and found it fantastic but on this evening, the quality of food for the value of money was not on par. The chef did go out of his way to be accommodating for food preferences and the service was excellent. The food just kind of fell short of expectation from previous experiences. Thought it would’ve been a notch up for the price tag and holiday menu menu . Will be back again for the atmosphere and view, but just not on a holiday with a prefix meal.

Although we are local, this was our first time here. We had wonderful service. The food was awesome. In fact, the chef was able to take one of the appetizers and make it into a dinner portion for my husband. Expensive but very nice.

What a perfect experience. Drift was clean with perfect lighting and enjoyable views. Our server, Bailey, was all about making our dining pleasurable with professional service. We met the Chef who was very gracious and determined to insure a wonderful dinner. Drift is now my number one dining destination at Pensacola Beach.

Outstanding service, excellent food, and a view that can't be beat! Definitely recommend going for the sunset!

Drift’s service is always very good and tonight was no exception. Their kitchen staff however was just a bit challenged being a holiday and the menu that they selected. The two fish entrées that we had were definitely over cooked and one to the point where it was sent back to the kitchen. The Prosecco was great, the butternut squash bisque Was also a head and the pumpkin and goat cheese flan flan was crazy good. The fish however, was disappointing at best. The management was extremely understanding and went above and beyond. Will be back to give it another try sometime in the future.

We visited town and took my family to Drift for a nice dinner. The ambiance, food, and our server were all wonderful! You could tell it’s a popular restaurant, as the manager, or possibly the owner, walked around checking on each table to see how everyone was enjoying their meals. Definitely one of Pensacola's best-known gems!
