Le Dressler's propose un restaurant contemporain haut de gamme avec une terrasse. Il prépare un menu de steaks, des plats de fruits de mer imaginatifs, des apéritifs créatifs alliés à une vaste carte des vins, ainsi qu'un bar à service complet spécialisé dans les martinis, les portos et le whisky écossais single malt. Les directeurs du Dressler's forment un groupe très soudé et travaillent ensemble depuis de nombreuses années. Le chef Scott Hollingsworth, le directeur général Tim Buchanan, le directeur Erik Draheim et le directeur du bar Brian Lorusso collaborent avec le propriétaire Jon Dressler depuis 40 ans à eux tous. A busy New Year's Eve! Overall noisy, but we were sested a a wonderful booth which shielded us from much of the noise. Service was almost too fast, although we were not made to feel rushed. Crab cakes, short rib, haddock and pasta were all excellent!

We had such a great experience at Dressler’s - the food was excellent and the service was top notch. We ordered the french onion soup, the warm goat cheese, the filet with au poivre, the salmon and the brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious! I also got a mocktail which was the only disappointing item - it was a tiny glass of weirdly watered down pineapple juice for $8 so I’d say to skip it. There were so many other things we wanted to try that looked amazing that I can’t wait to go back. Definitely put this one on your list.

I have dined at Dresslers before and have always had a perfect experience. Last night felt rushed - understandable since it was New Year’s Eve.. we sat in the bar which wasn’t the typical Dressler’s experience - but it was fine! Food was perfect as always!

Food was good as usual. Filet cooked just right with just enough char on the outside. Quick turnaround time on food also. My Long Island Iced Tea was perfect. Compliments to the bartender. And a special thank you for accommodating a special table to celebrate 41 years of marriage with my sweetheart.

Great experience. We got the crab dip which was amazing, wedge salad, and shrimp and grits which was fabulous! My husband got the ribeye with garlic butter that was great! Great service and great food!
