Draper Purveying Company is downtown Greenville's newest restaurant concept and weekend entertainment destination location! Now open under the direction of Executive Chef Patrick Phillips, with a menu designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes, Draper is serving up contemporary American style comfort food with a unique twist for dinner, lunch, brunch and a special happy hour and late night bites menu. Specialty shared plates include crispy confit chicken wings, warm burrata with cherry tomatoes and garlic confit, coffee-rubbed tenderloin. Larger dinner plates include a special featured version of shrimp and grits, roasted salmon with pimento cheese risotto and lemon beurre blanc and chicken-fried chicken. Also serving lunch and brunch on weekends, unique offerings will include salads and a variety of build-your-own bowls, in addition to classic brunch staples like egg white omelets and biscuits benedict. Our bar menu boasts 16 beer taps and eight craft cocktail and wines on tap.

What a great place! Mae was our server and was fantastic. She had great recommendations for ordering off the menu, very friendly and very attentive. I would definitely go back.

We sat in the small room to the left of the entrance. It was incredibly loud. Almost impossible to carry on a conversation without shouting, thereby adding to the noise level : ( Service was very slow—20 minutes to get drinks, 15 minutes before our server came back again for our orders. I think we probably finally got our meals about an hour after we arrived. Food overall was fine—cornbread was delicious! Chopped salad was definitely not chopped but tasted good. House salad was pretty ordinary but it was fine. Fried chicken was really good, penne was good but could have used a little more—maybe more basil or some red pepper [mine arrived barely warm, perhaps a result of our food taking so long to arrive]. Salmon and shrimp and grits were very good. DP has only been open a few weeks so we will give them a little more time but will definitely go back to give it another try

Very lovely interior. Elevated decor and staff is bending over backwards to please. We went for lunch on a Thursday and were the only ones there. Upstairs is a bar lounge which has a bit of glam and I was told quite busy at night.

Great building redesign. Food was good a waitress (Lilly) was outstanding and very friendly. Will return and check out the Cats Pajamas!
