Drakes Sonoma Coast celebrates the local bounty of Sonoma’s spectacular coastal region. Your dining experience will be highlighted by the seasonal availability of local, sustainably farmed produce, seafood, and meat. Always a great time at Drakes. Our server Lizette was attentive, kind, and made us feel right at home. As requested, there was champagne waiting at the table when we were seated! Don’t miss the Oysters or Hamachi crudo. Wife had the Cod and it was perfect. I ordered ribeye mid-rare but it came out rare without the fat rendered. They took it back to refire it and instead, they made me a whole new steak which was cooked perfect. They really care about your experience at Drakes. We’ll be coming back.

We were very hungry and had a 7:45 reservation. But we called and they graciously let us come at 6:30. The waitress was unbelievably good at her job. She made suggestions based on our questions that were perfect for us. Friendly, smart and helpful. The oysters were the best we ever had. The roast chicken was delicious. I loved the himachi. And because we had ice cream for dessert we now need to buy only Fiorello's.

A visually stunning and comfortable upscale yet casual lodge dining experience. You have spectacular ocean and estuary views, and some of the dishes such as the 1lb steamed clams ( with the best bread on this planet), of the pork chops - I don’t think you will find better - but best of all, the service is even better. The employees have been there for literally decades, and there is a reason for that. Such a special place whether you are local or a guest at the resort.

The food is always prepared to perfection. Lovely selection of seasonal salads. We have never had any issues with the service. The host staff are exceptional and the wait staff friendly, professional and amiable. The noise from the bar does not impact the dining room.

This was our first time dining at Drake’s Sonoma Coast. Our server, Lizette was excellent and our dinner was delicious. We hope to dine here again soon.

Food was somewhat disappointing. Clam chowder was underwhelming. Sea Bass came on a cooled plate. Ambiance was beautiful.

I think Drakes is beautiful. I would like more dinner choices. The wine prices are very jigh.

Modern and comfortable dining room and lounge with spectacular view of Bodega Bay - outdoor dining and drinks with fire pits as well but inside seating is a panoramic view of the water. Food and drinks are excellent and reasonably priced with great service. The bar area is lovely for a drink to watch the sunset. An all-around great feeling place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
