On this, The restaurants original site, Doyles on the Beach opened Australia's first seafood restaurant in 1885. We have been family owned and operated for over 5 generations.

The restaurant internationally famous and a mecca for Sydneysiders and tourists alike, offering a stunning range of fresh seafood for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.

Family Friendly, Great for date night!, indoor & outdoor dining located right next to the beach. We cater for families, business lunches, special events, weddings & special occasions. private rooms available.

Visit our newly opened open-air Garden Bar (open daily 11.30am - late) , try one of our refreshing cocktails, a draught beer or a glass of wine before dining in the restaurant or why not order from the garden bar menu. (reservations excepted for both the restaurant & garden bar)

Frustrating. Wanted to leave a good review based on the food. We sat for 2 hours and watched great service to everyone around us. The two hours wouldn't have been the worst if we had been checked on once in that time. We ordered the Bay bugs, fisherman's chowder, grilled broccolini, mussels and a bottle of white wine. The broccolini never made it out...We felt forgotten on a very low traffic Monday evening. We were looking forward to the crumble for dessert but had to walk to the front just to close out the bill since the evening was getting late. All tables around us seemed to be checked on pretty regularly so it just have been us in some way... So disappointed in what could have been a great evening. ☹️

Celebrated an anniversary there Just the other night. It was a cold windy night and that certainly didn’t help as the temp inside was a little cool. None at the desk as we walked in but he came quickly and acknowledged the booking. Offered a choice of two tables as they were not busy on a dreary Sunday night. Food came quickly, cocktails were good but just lacked the final 10% to make it amazing.

Amazing venue with beautiful views of the sea. Great getting the boat transport. Food and wine good but particularly noticeable was the attentive service with helpful pleasant staff. Live music nice too.

The staff could not have been more accommodating to my father who needed wheelchair assistance. We had a beautiful table to celebrate my Mothers birthday and from start to finish our special day out was perfection. Doyles your staff are incredible!

Whenever I visit Sydney I make a point of visiting Doyle's on the beach. This time I found that the portions of food had got smaller and less choice on the menu and the cost had gone up considerably. Maybe I will need to find another restaurant to be my traditional place to visit.

More expensive less value. Do not bother with seafood platter fir two for $195.00 For some reason chips were neon yellow and there were 3 scallops between 2 people. why not provide an even number? We been coming to Boyle's for 26 years. very disappointed on this occasion.

This is my wife’s favourite restaurant in the world and it never disappoints The food was outstanding ( flathead and chips ) plus sourdough loaf and after requesting a table at the front from where we could enjoy the sunset , the restaurant had reserved one for us It’s just a shame it’s 21,000km from where we live otherwise we would be at Doyle’s more often

Service was good, not outstanding but ok Food was poor considering expectations of a 5 star venue Poor value for money Main course was way to salty, just fish and chips poor presentation very sad for quality swordfish to be prepared and presented so poorly
