my experience with DOX was a terrible one. i made a reservation to celebrate the birthday of a friend of mine. We chose DOX because we thought the sunset there combined with live music would be a great setting to celebrate. I live about 45minutes from DOX and Unfortunately when i arrived for my reserved time i was greeted by two young ladies who were clearly not trained well on how to host. I informed them that i had a reservation, and was told "ohh did you call or use opentable?" i replied opentable to which they told me "well you should have called because we dont even have a computer to receive the online reservations." i asked why are they even on opentable, to which they shrugged their shoulders, and replied you should have just called. I asked how long the wait would be and was told about 45minutes, but that no tqbles were being given because the "kitchen was backed up" Now embarrassed i brought a friend here to celebrate , asked for a manager. After and eye roll from the young girl she went to find one. I waited for a manager to show up for about 5minutes and no one came so throughly aggravated that i had wasted 45minutes driving there and embarrassment i decided to leave! COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!
