   Enjoyed a memorable, specially curated culinary dining experience featuring local products from Roseda Farm and wine pairing from Banville Wine Merchants. Great food, wine, ambience and service. A special thanks to our Server Deniz!

   Our server was nice, but the quality of the food wasn’t great. My duck was overdone and flavorless. The potential for the ambience is there, but most of the lights were off, and it felt like the place was shutting down. Won’t be recommending to others.

   I love this restaurant. I particularly like the fact that the location m, inside the Viceroy hotel, where there is an artist gallery. Each time I dined at The Dovetsil I could check out the local artists. It’s a wonderful indoor/outdoor space!

   We attended an Art event at the Viceroy. Made reservations for happy hour & an early dinner. Although it wasn’t busy at the restaurant when ordered our 1st round of drinks, the Sangria ran out quickly. I only got to have 1, then opted for Prosecco. The fish slider’s were very spicy, it is not in the sauce but in the fish itself. I wasn’t a fan. The pimento cheese is not it, reminds me of my grandmother. The hush puppies were good. The hostess & waiter were attentive. The bartender needed help as the bar & restaurant filled up. Overall, a decent experience.

   Food was average with some dishes better than others but there seemed to be confusion in what direction the dishes were going in terms of a flavor profile. Good quality ingredients but lacking a vision with flavor.

   Valentine’s Day special is what they had so I might have been on a bad night. In my entire $75 meal I got a glass of sparkling wine, 3 oysters, 4 scallops, and a sliver of cake. Poor value. The food was good and service was fine it just wasn’t worth the $200 for 2 I spent.

   My wife and I deiced to go to Dovetail on Valentine's Day because of the prix-fix menu and the win pairings. We sat at the bar and had great service, but the food was not good. We stated with oysters that we could not even finish because they tasted terrible. Then we had a bland heart of palm salad. My wife had the pasta and it was rather bland. I asked for a medium rare steak that came out medium well. It was tough and hard to eat. It was accompanied by some mased potatoes that were fine. The desert dishes were just OK. Again, the service was great. I would consider going back for a drink at the bar, but not the food.

   Went for a brunch date during their Restaurant Week offering and already have plans to return with friends a week later! Mimosa ratio was great, and the service was phenomenal. Food was also terrific, textures and flavors all playing beautifully together. Overall, a wonderful way to spend the morning. Definitely worth putting on your brunch list!

   Amazing experience we went for restaurant week. I got the deviled eggs with grab meat. Great portion size it was amazing. Also got the French toast the almond butter was good if you want it they served it on the side. Over 5/5

    Excellent underrated gem tucked inside the viceroy hotel! The restaurant week menu was so tasty someone in our party tried everything on the menu and we loved it all. Delicious elevated American classics with a slight southern flair. Excellent cocktails and unique bar offerings. Awesome patio!!
