This was my second time visiting the establishment and it was a huge difference in the ambiance and service provided given it’s a weekday. I reserved a table to celebrate my daughter’s 25th birthday, paid $25 to bring in a cake I already paid $65 for and everyone was excited to come but we were all disappointed. The food still had great presentation but was not good at all! I bragged about the food and everything, only to be embarrassed for wasting everyone’s time and money. Consistency is key!

Amazingly dope restaurant! Clearly there was a lot of thought and attention to detail in the planning of this restaurant. The food, the atmosphere, the theme, the wait staff ALL TOP NOTCH!

Customer service 10/10. ALL STAFF very attentive and genuinely care. Live music was a plus. Elegant vibe. Ambiance was EVERYTHING. The drinks and food was fulfilling! Doves gave everything it was supposed to give. VERY GROWN environment. Most definitely coming back.

My experience was good! The food was good, ambiance was awesome, and the service was great! My only issue was that I made the reservation for 2 three weeks in advance, drove an hour to the restaurant, and found out about the hour time limit for a 2 person table. Meaning that from the moment your drinks came, you had an hour at the table. We made it work but it would have been nice to know that prior to going to the restaurant. Other than that one hiccup, I had a great experience and would recommend it, and go again.

Look, this place is beautiful and amazing. The food was probably the best I've had in a while, I'll def be back. Thing is, either they're understaffed or should cap their reservations, because the wait time was still long. Logistics thing, but maybe it'll improve after the hype of being new decreases. Their management apologized and made things right, and our waitress, Z was spectacular. The place doesn't need the random table top dancer though, it's strong enough without it-mismatch of vibes in my opinion. Chef deserves accolades. Hurry and go and see for yourself.

It was such a nice place, only thing that was bad was that I had made reservations two weeks prior, and I still had to wait one hour to get seated with my party of eight it was all of our first time there too I really hope they work on those who make reservations But other than that, our waitress was amazing and the vibes were everything 😊

The food wasn’t that great. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the oxtail hash. The chicken wasn’t seasoned as the oxtail hash was also bland and fatty. They didn’t have any tea, and the coffee came with sugar in a ramekin. It’s a new restaurant so I’m sure they will get better. We support local Black business so it was good to get out and see a new offering in our community.

I really enjoyed my time at Doves! I went for my birthday dinner and it was a Tuesday so it seemed it was a slower night. The waitress Lashauna (if im not mistaken) was great! She was very attentive and helpful with things on the menu. She even did my cake presentation by herself and that was really cute. The calamari was delicious along with the Oxtail Yakamein. I would go back just for the oxtail! The drinks were good also. I would definitely recommend someone come dine here.

They let me make a reservation for a Saturday night online for 10:15pm but once I arrived to the restaurant they let me know the kitchen closed at 10pm.
