Established in 2016, DOUGH by Licastri offers the finest pizza and breads, crafted from an almost 100-year-old family recipe perfected by the late Stephen Licastri. Combining traditional techniques with modern methods, our dough features the best ingredients, including all-natural sourdough starter, locally sourced wheat flour, and Fleur de Sel sea salt, culminating in a three-day rise process. The food is top notch especially the pear salad and specialty pizzas. Had the Purple Rain pizza for the first time. Off the charts good. Wine is reasonably priced and good quality. Service is five star. This is place to take friends you want to have a great time with.

We had a lovely late dinner there last night. Everyone is so friendly especially the owner who spent time with us explaining the major renovations .The place looks beautiful and the food was excellent! The pizza dough is so light and tasty ! Pear salad was also very good as was the chicken and broccoli robe sandwich . Will be back with the family very soon!

Great experience! I usually order out from here and it was the first time dining in. Came here with the family for lunch and we had a great time. Food was delicious, servers were super nice, and the ambiance was great! Everyone was so accommodating especially that we had a baby carriage with us too. I didn’t see dessert on their menu, or wasn’t sure if there was a separate menu for it but I would say that’s the one thing that would be missing! Overall loved and would definitely come here again!

We dined outdoors and it was such a nice set up. Lovely to have a restaurant back in the area and especially such a good one. From the Manager (owner?) to the servers and the accommodating cooks, this was top notch. The selection of pizzas is amazing & delicious. Good food and drinks at reasonable prices.
