When you claim that you’re adding a signature steakhouse experience, every detail has to be considered to transform you from the stresses of business and life.

The décor is modern, but not pretentious. The ambiance is sophisticated and multisensory, yet comfortable. The staff is educated, but not showy. The uniforms are unique, but classically tasteful.

Like the restaurant itself, the menu departs from a classic steakhouse without chasing away traditionalists. Categories range from classic steaks and chops to seafood – including lobster tail.

We said robust, right? Double Cut literally means so large that your jaw hits the table. Larger portions, tons of ambiance. There’s the dinner bell. Where’s that steak knife?

Our server was amazing. The dry aged ribeye was exceptional as were the lobster tails and all of the side dishes. The Caesar salad needs improvement. Too much dressing and the freshness of the lettuce was questionable.

My fiancé & I love coming to Double Cut! We enjoy the hanging bacon & filet mignon. The ambiance is peaceful and they’ll usually have someone singing and the servers are always on top of refills, getting the table cleaned off and checking in to make sure everything is good

The restaurant was very good. The steaks were seasoned and prepared to perfection. We ate early on a Sunday evening, so there weren't many people and the restaurant was quiet. The singer/piano player started as we were finishing but added to the elegant atmosphere of the restaurant. It's nice to have an upscale restaurant close to home, in the "burbs".

My steak was a bit on the salty side, but other than that, first rate on everything else. Ambience was great, they had a guy playing an acoustic guitar setting the mood, and the waitress was absolutely fabulous.

From being seated we were greeted with you’re not wanting to get out of here in the next hour are you? I said no not thinking it would be 50 minutes before we got our food. Then when we did my son and father in law didn’t get theirs. I was just about finished eating when the Server came out and said. “Oh you didn’t wait for me to take the top off your plate? Are you serious?!? You think I should sit here and wait on you to do your thing before I eat? It was a smoky salmon plate and had smoke in it. Even when I opened it. There was very very little smoke that came out. Then my food was mostly cold. My son’s side of fries was cold. The sushi ( spicy tuna roll was horrible in taste) once they finally brought my son and my father in laws food out it was under cooked. On top of this. When I went up front to talk to a manager. There was a supervisor there and I asked why they sat us at the bar area and everyone else. ( I would guess was about 30-40 people) was all seated in the back where it seemed more elegant and intimate. Which is what you want when your paying $150-$200+ for a dinner. The management team to the general manager of the restaurant did not care at all. Until the general manager could see how upset I was then he came and offered to take care of the meal for us and normally will allow that to happen but because was so bad I would never go back to this place in the future.

Service was excellent. Music level was perfect for a date night. Sebastian was our server and he was outstanding.

Food and service were amazing. Only have a doing on ambience because it was a little dark to be able to read the menu other than that, no complaints.

70 dollar steak that was burned even after ordering medium well, is was completely burned and they put the burned part downwards. Customer service was good and ambiance was nice too
