A SIGNATURE DINING EXPERIENCE

Double Cut Steak House truly is a signature dining experience where every detail is considered to transform you from the stresses of business and life.

Transport into our contemporary steakhouse, featuring a menu with robust selections cooked over hot coals including steak, seafood, chops, chicken and vegetables.

The décor will be modern, but not pretentious. The ambiance, sophisticated and multisensory, yet comfortable. The staff, educated, but not showy. The uniforms unique, but classically tasteful. Welcome to Double Cut.

The menu departs from a classic steakhouse without chasing away traditionalists. Categories will range from classic steaks and chops to seafood – including lobster tail.

Live Entertainment in the Bar area on Friday and Saturday Nights from 8pm-Midnight.

The food, service, ambience, and their red piano was amazing af. We arrived at Kalahari on a Monday. The park was moderately packed for July. We decided to have dinner at Double Cuts & was surprised they had plenty open reservation times, like any time I wanted. I picked 8:15pm. We arrived & were immediately seated & greeted. We ordered a variety of things including sushi & steak. I was again surprised how fast our apps & sushi came out. It was hands down the best California rolls I’ve ever had. No imitation crab here. It was so fresh it practically melted in my mouth. We had calamari too. It was a tad bit salty but good. I ordered crab cakes which were so delicious. I tasted my hubby’s steak which was cooked to perfection (medium) Best steak ever. And it better be, they ain’t cheap. I’m convinced it’s the high prices which keeps this restaurant from being crowded. The bill was aprox $400 for 5 of us. If you’re looking for fine dining at Kalahari, look no further than Double Cuts.

Delicious food, good taste cocktail, and wonderful service, my two kids and I have a blast.

First it took 50 min to get the first appetizer we ordered there were two appetizers one truffle fries the other a shrimp cocktail and the shrimp cocktail consisted of only 4 shrimp for $24,the fries were good with their truffle sauce then it took another 20-30 min to get the main meals I ordered a porterhouse and my wife and daughter both ordered filet mignon I ordered my porterhouse medium cooked and got it well done now my daughters and my wife’s were ordered medium also and those seem to be somewhat OK so I ignored it because it took so long to get the meals as it was and I didn’t wanna wait another hour and a half for another steak and took my first bite out of this steak and it was fatty and had little to not taste and this was a prime cut piece of steak it was a 24 ounce porterhouse and it was the worst porterhouse I’ve ever gotten at a steakhouse and then it took the waiter a very long time to get back to us after our meals were finished we were ready to leave at that point all in all we spent over 2 1/2 hours at this restaurant way too long

Service was good, drinks amazing. Food was hit or miss; either really good or not so great. Mashed potatoes dry. Steak was good. Bread was delicious.

Our server Bruce was the best! Food was delicious drinks were amazing and once again Bruce was the best! Never rushed us and gave good recommendations

Prime Rib sandwich, prime rib burger, Caesar salad were exceptional. Bread was delicious too. All members of our party were pleased. Fast service and waitress was attentive.

Service and ambiance is great, but the food was terrible. The steak seamed steamed and flavorless. The sea bass was tiny and mash potatoes were too thick. The best was the brocoli and the burger, completely overpriced. I wouldn't recommend, this was like a longhorn steakhouse with no flavor, you expect more for the price.
