    Attended for Father’s Day. Lovely location. Food was great. Service was a little slow but they were busy. We look forward to returning!

    Five people, five meals and everyone was happy! Excellent coffee and beautiful surrounds! One of my favorite breakfast places!

    Lyn was a wonderful host. The service that she offered was well above what we expected. One of the downfalls was the some of the food came out in a very reasonable time, the rest of the food came out so late, that the first lot had already finished their food, so we could not enjoy our meals together, or even obtain a photo for the occasion with all our food. Where we were seated was quite chilly, with the door being open. We had a little baby with us - not ideal.

    Loved the food. Chairs were extremely uncomfortable verging on pain at the end. Would’ve stayed for coffee and dessert if chairs weren’t so uncomfortable. Short legs means chair cutting into back of thighs so had to sit on tiptoe throughout lunch. What a shame. Staff were lovely. Food was great. Thank you.

    Double Barrel never fails to impress me. The ambience, excellent service and absolutely the best eggs Benedict on the Gold Coast!
