The service was good & the ambience The music was on point & the moctails. The food was a bit to saucey Put other then that a great restaurant.

I'm giving 5* only to the chef for his amazing food and bartender for great Negroni. Service was the worst I ever had. I'm restaurant manager and I swear, if that would be my waitress I will send her home immediately. No hello, no question if I have a booking (but I had and without confirming this you can loose your deposit as is not deducted from your bill but refunded after your booking). We've ordered food and drinks and asked for water without ice, which we didn't receive at all. After reminding her, we've got only one glass with ice.. When she was taking order, we couldn't even hear what she was saying, she was showing something on the tablet if this is the dish we want?! Regarding payment, that's something you should work on it - CASH ONLY?! Why this is not written in the booking confirmation? When I asked for the bill, she came with it, I said I'm ready to pay holding my phone to use contactless, her answer 'cash only, if you don't have, cash machine is there'. Horrible and very sad as the place is really nice and food is good too!

I had dinner in the lounge, music playing seemed to be from a staff members personal playlist and had a few songs with swearing etc. Food was ok, service was ok - not the experience I was expecting after seeing their instagram page/post. Brisket burger meat was too thick, cocktails not much effort in presentation. Fine for a meal, not for a special occasion. Prices are reasonable, not somewhere I would dine again.

Staff are nice and accommodating. Shisha and food is overall good. Decent atmosphere - music not too loud and shows sports etc too. Prices are a bit too steep though (food and drinks).

When me and my other participants arrived at the restaurant we had to wait 10 minutes until we were finally given a menu, when the drinks arrived it was very nice which I can not argue with, the food then came after 30 minutes of waiting, the ribs were absolutely disgusting, they were covered in a thick layer of heavy seasoning, as we had put in a complaint with the manager and asked to change our food, he then tried to argue with us to justify the taste he even said he had tasted our food of the plate , which is weird and not something we needed to know, we then were offered an alternative meal which was two simple burgers in which we had waited 45 minutes for, the waitress was just walking around looking confused, when the burgers had come out they too were not nice the chicken was very hard and dry, I then ordered another drink which came another 10 minutes later as the waitress had forgotten about it as she was just walking up and down not serving or helping anyone, I then had to ask for the bill which came another 20 minutes later, which was also incorrect when addressed to the waitress she was no help and was telling us to find the manager and go to all these places as if we’re not the guest and it’s not her job, we then got the correct bill after another 25 minutes of waiting, I’m deeply disappointed in the food and service as I had seen nothing but good reviews about this restaurant and sadly I will not be returning my reservation was for 2 people at 7pm we didn’t leave the restaurant until 21:45 which is a long time considering all we ordered was two course meals?
