Alfred's is a pop-up restaurant brought to you by Dose Coffee. Our aim is to provide exceptional hospitality, service, food and drinks in a casual, fun and intimate atmosphere. Alfred's is a place to come as you are and enjoy everything from a glass of wine & homemade focaccia to a multi-course dinner with family & friends.

The kitchen is led by Head Chef's Ivan Blackwell and Brad Johnston with a focus on Italian inspired cuisine that's designed to be shared. However, we also won't mind if you'd just like to enjoy a bowl of gnocchi all to yourself! The bar is led by founder, John Pierce, who has carefully curated a list of old world wines alongside classic cocktails with a twist.

We are a small and intimate restaurant so large dining tables are limited to 6 people.

Alfred's is the place that we wanted to go to but it didn't exist; so we've created it. Enjoy.

Great experience last night at Alfred's. We had a bigger group, so we were able to pretty much order one of everything. We all left full and satisfied. It's nice to have a different dining experience to the usual revelstoke restaurants we always go to!

Incredible food. Very nice addition to the food scene in Revelstoke. The staff and chefs are incredible. We had a bit of a wait for our table and were offered complimentary Prosecco. It’s a very small space and reservations are certainly required. Enjoy the delicious food!

Exactly what Revelstoke needed! They've managed to preserve the cozy and cool vibes of Dose, but transplanted them into an evening setting. It's the perfect date night spot, in my opinion, but I've also seen larger groups enjoying the place. The drinks menu boasts a variety of Italian wines, and Italian inspired cocktails - which I personally loved! The food menu is designed for sharing, with perfectly sized portions. Although it's concise, you'll want to try every dish. The simplicity of the menu is offset by incredibly appealing flavor profiles. The flavors are present, delicious, and harmonious! The service reminds me of the finest bistros in Montreal's Little Italy where I lived, friendly and elegant. I highly recommend this spot!

We had such a fantastic time yesterday at Alfred's. The service and food were outstanding - every single plate was delicious and the wine selection was great. There was nothing like this in Revy and it's now the best spot in town by far. Our favorites were the Tuscan fried chicken, gnocchis and roasted squash, but there was honestly not one plate we didn't absolutely love.

I had high expectations for our experience at Alfred’s after seeing their social media content. Not only did they meet my expectations, but wildly exceeded them. Every detail was attended to, the staff was great and the food was exceptional. Strongly recommend everyone to treat themselves to this dining experience.

Best food in town. They exceeded all expectations. People should come to Revelstoke not to play but just to eat here!

Amazing Italian restaurant in Revy. Everything we had from the drinks down to the dessert was so fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come back again!
