Highly recommended! Food was amazing, service was excellent (thanks, Taryn!), and ambiance was delightful. Only issue was that there were a few individuals wearing tank tops and flip flops. Wish people would follow the recommended dress code 😐

Amazing food and the staff is phenomenal! They all work together and the bartender was even able to surprise me with a custom mocktail. The chicken dip with fries was incredible and the bourbon glazed salmon was A1!!! This should definitely be a Michelin start restaurant if it isn’t already!!

The atmosphere is real nice. They have a big investment in the leasehold improvements. The drinks were good and generous. My wife had the chicken which she said was really good. I unfortunately had the "prime NY strip". It was horrible - tough, had to deal with tendons. I have trouble believing it was either prime or an actual NY strip. This used to be a special place for us. We won't be back.

We had a special event there! It was a great event and our food and drinks were delicious. Our server and the entire staff was wonderful from start to finish. The kitchen was moving slow, which our server apologized for, just one area that could have been better. Only reason I even bring it up is our young kids were waiting for their meals. However we definitely enjoyed our night and it was a nice celebration.

My book club ate at Donovan's on Saturday. Many of the members had never visited and were pleasantly surprised about the restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was great. Everyone from the time we walked in the door was kind and accommodating. We also really enjoyed the live music with Wes the saxophonist. It was a real vibe. We will be back as a group and individuals!

Great home town delight! Worth every penny, and an especially good wine list at a GREAT value! Top-rated favorite vintages, all for under $100! This place continues to improve, and I'm SO glad to make it back after a while. The lamb was among the best, and everything truly delicious!

Excellent dining experience! First time dining at Donovan's and certainly will not be the last. My husband, son and I, had the pleasure of dining at Donovan's today for lunch to celebrate our son's 20th Birthday. As one of the first diners in the restaurant, we were greeted warmly, and seated at our table. We received fantastic service from beginning to end; the meal, steaks, salmon, prime rib sandwich, were all extremely well done and enjoyed by us all. My salmon, came only with asparagus, and I asked if possible for a modification on the vegetable, they readily accommodated to my satisfaction. The chocolate cake, creme brûlée were lovely. Grateful that Riverview finally has a restaurant that is on par with some of the more well known steak houses without the drive in to the city.
