Los alimentos increíbles, pero la atención es insuperable. La vista es hermosa y todo en conjunto crea la atmósfera perfecta!!! Un lugar para visitar mil veces más.

Since this is a restaurant located in the hotel, we ate there on a few occasions - once for dinner, and breakfast every morning. Each meal was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Both my wife and I had seafood dishes (different catches) and both were very fresh and exquisitely prepared. The attentiveness of the servers and ancillary staff exceeded our expectations. The only negative comment I could make is regarding the flavor of the fresh fruit served during breakfast. In this setting, one would expect the tropical fruits to be sweet. However, although the area may look tropical, it's more of a desert, and the fruit is likely shipped in from far away. Regardless, don't miss this restaurant when you're in the area.

Beautiful setting, excellent dinner. The sea bass was a favorite. Special dinner with wonderful service!!

The service and ambience were incredible. Can’t beat open air fine dining at the beach. The Waldorf Astoria is gorrrrgeous. It’s a splurge money wise but if that’s what you’re going for, it’s perfect

Fifth time to dine with Don Manuel’s. Same good food and service but damper on evening due to the daunting and excessively price wine menu (~20 pages & only a handful under $150; many priced $2500 and above.) Same cool light up dinner menu, but now in USD which removes some of the Mexican charm.

We came here for breakfast without staying at the hotels & everyone was super friendly & accommodating. The views are gorgeous! They have options for buffet or special dishes. We chose the buffet because the variety of options were great. From fresh juices to oatmeal to yogurt options and your choice of omelette selections and so much more. My party was big so I can say for all of us we truly enjoyed visiting this place.

We come to Cabo every year for 30+ years as a family. Normally, we enjoy a fancy night out with the family at Manta or Carbòn Cabròn. This year Manta was closed. We decided to try Don Manuel's instead. What a spectacular find! We've never been to this resort before, and it was exciting to just get to it through the massive underground tunnel of the Pedregal. The Vista opens up to the fantastic views of the Pacific ocean. Live music was playing softly at the upstairs bar when we arrived. We were greeted and led to the view by, a kind gentleman who also introduced us to the mixologist at the tequila study upstairs. We sat and enjoyed spectacular cocktails, and a tequila flight while waiting for our dinner reservation time. The atmosphere is very upscale Mexican minimalist, and thoroughly relaxing. When we were done with our cocktails, the mixologist led us downstairs to the restaurant where they had a beautiful outdoor table, waiting for us. The service was impeccable from start to finish. We never wanted for anything. The food was spectacular and delivered with care, the wine list was extensive and served at the perfect temperature in beautiful stemware. I would consider myself lucky to go here again as soon as possible. I know that El Farallon is supposed to be the jewel of this resort, but I can't imagine anything being better than Don Manuel. We thought we would be home within an hour and a half or so and ended up spending several hours of quality family time. Thank you so much Don Manuel staff for a truly memorable evening!
