Created in partnership with hospitality icon Nick Di Donato of the Liberty Entertainment Group, Don Alfonso 1890 Toronto is the only North American location of world-renowned Michelin Star Chefs Alfonso and Ernesto Iaccarino’s Don Alfonso 1890. Sitting atop the iconic Westin Harbour Castle, on the edge of Lake Ontario, the spacious new location on the 38th floor, offers stunning views of the city skyline and Toronto’s harbor. Allow us to pick you up for an unforgettable evening in our Rolls-Royce Ghost. This exclusive experience includes return transportation to-and -from Don Alfonso 1890 and Michelin Star tasting menu dinner for two. The experience is $1,000 per couple. Parties of 4 are $1,800 if they’re at the same address and $2,000 if there will be a second pickup/drop off location. Dinner reservations for this experience are 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Our driver will pick you up 30-45 minutes prior to your reservation. Our pickup radius is limited to the GTA. My husband and I enjoy fine dining experiences when we have reason to celebrate - in this case our wedding anniversary - so we have been to quite a few excellent restaurants over the years. I have to say, this particular meal was fantastic and surpassed our expectations. The food was expertly prepared and presented while also being delicious. Cocktails were creative, complex, and tasty. We got the higher end wine pairing and it was wonderful - we learned so much and loved the wine. The sommelier was fantastic, truly one of the best we have met! The service overall was excellent, everyone was so professional. The space is modern and the view of the city is amazing. We will definitely be back! Maybe to the lounge to try some of the a la carte options we were curious about but were not included in the Signature tasting menu. Thank you Don Alfonso 1890!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly staff who make walking to your table a joy. Once seated, there is no “where’s our waiter”, both times we have been our waiter is ready and waiting to introduce themselves and get your drink order. Yes they offer water but isn’t it frustrating when you go to places and they give you water then disappear then come back and take both drink and food orders together? This does not happen here. You are not rushed at all. My glass was never empty and the sommelier is so knowledgeable he had us trying all sorts of delicious wine pairings tailored to our food order. Then there is the food - O M G have the pheasant ravioli. My husband loved the wagyu beef carpaccio and we both had the duck and tuna. I can’t wait to go back. Oh I forgot about the view - incredible especially when it’s night and Toronto shines. Thank you to our wonderful waiters you made my husbands birthday so special and bringing me the handcream for my dry wrinkly old hands when I arrived out of the cold was next level service. See you all again soon and a special shout out to Cuba! Nina and Kenton.

Servers were incredible, knowledgeable about the menu, and made the dining experience all the more memorable. It was my second time at the restaurant and it definitely will not be my last!

I spent a long time deciding where to celebrate my milestone birthday, and I’m so glad I chose this restaurant! They gifted us appetizers and dessert, which was a delightful surprise. We had also pre-ordered a cheese platter, which was beautifully presented. Each of my invited friends chose their own dishes from the menu, and everyone was absolutely thrilled by the incredible flavors and the exquisite presentation of the food. The sommelier recommended delicious wines to complement our meal after the champagne, enhancing the entire experience. Our waitress, Marilu, was incredibly pleasant and attentive throughout the evening. I'm so glad she was responsible for our table, as her excellent service made the experience even more special. Our waiter described every dish with great detail and even gave us a tour of the restaurant at the end. I will never forget this unforgettable day at this remarkable restaurant!
