Seemed unprepared for Sunday brunch during WVU/PSU football weekend. Made reservations at opening and appeared not to have enough staff for crowd. Other staff not assisting those who were overwhelmed. As result service was slow and disorganized missing several components of our meal and drink order. Great spot for a meal and drink and the food that was correct was good but too many negatives to want to go back soon

Hair in the tuna appetizer, ran out of basil for the drinks so bar just “threw out our ticket” and we wound up waiting 45 min for our drinks which I had to go get from the bar. We waited 2 hours for our food. There were only 8 of us. Multiple tables of 6-8 were sat, ate and finished by the time we got served. We sat at 630pm and were there until 9 something, not by choice. The sandwiches were good but the experience was terrible. Felt bad for our waitress. They did wind up taking our drinks and app off the bill and gave us a 25% discount so cant really complain about paying $30 as a couple and everyone else’s bills were cheap too.

The restaurant was absolutely wonderful. The food was excellent as well as the service. We sat outside and the view was gorgeous. The noise level was a little high and if was difficult to hear conversations, but other than that a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend this restaurant.

I love going to Dockside. They have live music on the weekends and it is right on the lake. The staff is always so friendly and the food is delicious!

Food and our server were great Parking was not a great experience. My husband has a bad knee and we had to park up a steep hill and walk. I explained to parking attendant and all he responded was sorry. We were then charged a $10 cover because of band and just ate. We listened to band for maybe hour.

NOTE: Cover charge for each guest if you book a dinner reservation for outdoor seating because of a band. Band was a well known band and good but if you’re going to put a cover on a dinner reservation you have to disclose this on Open Table.

Our first time going to Dockside Grille but it will not be our last. Absolutely stunning location with a great atmosphere. Service and food were great. We’ll definitely be back!!

We took a group of boys to celebrate the end of a 4 day swim meet. We had a group of 10 people...they were willing to accommodate our party that was larger than originally planned. Our waitress was amazing and able to accommodate all the orders and checks. She did it with a great attitude and smile and the food was delicious!
