poor experience in regards to service, took over twenty minutes to receive water. was extremely hot & muggy inside establishment. bar service took long as well. positive is that it is beautifully decorated & great for photos.

The food and ambiance was good only thing missing was the music it was so low we couldn’t sing along and really vibe out.

Me and my wife had a great brunch there for our 10 year anniversary. Booking a time through Opentable made it very quick for us to get seated. The ambiance is incredible and our waiter and the hostess were nice and respectful. The food portion is very large to say (for pasta that is) but it was very well made and delicious. Our drinks were great and a bit strong which we have no complaints about. I would recommend anyone looking for a great ambiance place to eat to definitely stop by Docks.

We place our drink orders as normal, the couple with us ordered 2 diet pepsi’s. My wife and I ordered a lemon drop and an old fashioned. The server returns about 5 or 10 minutes later for our food order but didn’t have any drinks, which was ok at the moment, the bar may have been backed up so we didn’t think anything of it. He returned around 15 min later to say our drinks still weren’t ready. He did have the other couples sodas, however the soda was light and it tasted like they needed to change the syrup. Additionally, the food was slow to come out and though it was good it wasn’t hot . Mind you we still haven’t recieved our drinks. He returns about 5 min after the food runner brings the food with my wifes drinks but not mine. It literally had been over 30 min and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. After about 40 min I canceled my drink order, it still hadn’t come out. UNACCETABLE!!! You would have thought he still would have brought it after canceling because of the wait, nope never received anything. I believe it still hadn’t been made 40 min later! We did however receive multiple apologies about the wait!! To top it off they automatically add 18 percent to the bill. Will not return and will tell others about the service!!

Our first time here. Let's start by saying the host and wait staff were excellent, very accommodating. The drinks were good, our suggested appetizers were the FIRE and food was pretty decent. The ambiance not so great. The lighting was Terrible! Our first table , there was a spot light that shined directly in my face. It changed colors and made the menu difficult to read from the glare. No problem, they moved us to another table which didn't feel like we were even in the restaurant. This time I had to apologize and we moved again to the bar! Bar too high, chairs roo low and uncomfortable. The food and staff made up for the ambiance!!! Vibe was nice and very interactive. We'll be back, but we'll try for dinner setting and see how it goes. Go and support, food and service was great!

They have a lot of bad reviews but we decided to check them out anyways. The food, service, & vibes were 10/10!! Will definitely be back!
