We drove down from Harrisburg because we saw your website. The hostess in the server were excellent and apologize for everything that went wrong. Starting with the fact that we couldn’t get soda because the CO2 was out. I did see the manager came in with cans of soda, so that was good Management. However, a boy brought us food and we told him we had no silverware no napkins and we needed an extra plate because we were sharing a salad. It took a while to get it. They had no coffee. Because the coffee pot was broken and nobody had replaced it yet. The food was OK but a bit overpriced. I’m not sure I would go there again.

Service was great until there was more than just one table in the restaurant. Food quality was good, but not good enough to justify the prices. I can only assume food prices are so high to make up for the potential incurred losses from boozy brunch. Large venue, ample seating, friendly staff otherwise.

The service was decent. It took about 20 minutes for my friends and I to be seated. There was a bartender doing her hair behind the bar. A lot of people standing around talking instead of serving. The bathrooms were disgusting. Our server was nice but took forever checking on us.

Well…. I booked this reservation for my best friends birthday. Let’s start with the positives. My side of cheesy grits was good and the food came timely. Our waitress was apologetic. One entree had a hair in it. 3 entrees were missing a sauce that was listed on menu. Paid for bottomless brunch was only served 2-3 drinks during our 2 hour visit. Refilled our water once. An addition side order of grits was added and came in a smaller dish and charged more for less. Those grits were also not consistent with the first ones. The music was not good for the target audience. All of these things contributed to a less than favorable experience. We decided we won’t return and yes we informed our waitress and manager on duty of our issues.

The atmosphere was picture worthy. Very nice. When seated, and ready to order our drinks, then we're missing ingredients for one drink and completely couldn't make the other drink. After we chose another drink, we placed our food order. MY FOOD CAME OUT COLD!!! The restaurant wasn't crowded so I'm unsure why the service subpar. Our waiter took forever to bring the check, once she did drop it off, it took forever for her to bring back the cards. If you decide to visit this establishment, they don't split the check. So, please inform all your people ahead of time. Overall I will not return.

Food was great, ambiance was excellent, service was less than good. Although the server was nice, we had to ask for everything from water, wanting to put in our order, asking for napkins, straws, drink status, to the check. Is anyone taught the value of customer service these days? I will think twice about going back. How unfortunate.

What didn’t go wrong. Probably one of the worst restaurants experience I have ever had. First we came all the way from DC for this place just for the food to be average but the prices would make you think it was fine dining. We were in the restaurant for 3 HOURS. Our waiter was nice but, they should have had more than one person due to the larger table size to handle our reservation. The water was TERRIBLE tasted like it came straight from the harbor. I am trying to figure out how a restaurant does not have bottle water. Ordered a drink that took 20 mins to arrive to the table. The food was okay but the price was not justified in my opinion. However my main concern is how I gave my credit card to the waiter to only have another waiter bring my card to the table to tell us that someone dropped it. How are you dropping people credit cards in the middle of the restaurant. Very unacceptable.

I had a reservation for 8:15. We were seated at our table and we didn’t see our server until 8:30. He then proceeded to tell us he will bring us back waters and then take our order. We waited 25 more minutes and he did not come back, so we decided to walk out. Terrible service. Do not recommend.
