Thank you for choosing Doc Fords! If you do not see your preferred reservation time available please give us a call, we offer limited online reservations but would love to accommodate you. We unfortunately are not able to accommodate same day reservations. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance may be canceled in our system. Walk-in's are always welcome! (We only accommodate so many reservations to allow more walk ins)

Our outdoor table space is limited. While we will do our best to accommodate specific seating requests for our reservations, please know they are not always guaranteed. If you would prefer a specific seating location, you may be subject to a small wait even with a reservation. Dockage is available on a first come, first serve basis.

For reservations larger than six, please call 727-290-9578. Any parties larger than 10 please email your inquiry to jtreservations@docfords.com. (Deposits may be held depending on number of party).

Great location for food on the water. Food was sub par. Been to the other location in St Pete many times and food was always excellent. The tropical salad didn’t look tropical. It had about a pound of cold stale fried onion straws on top. The doc ford fish sandwich was bland - very soft and no lettuce or tomato. Food just seem to fall flat. Service was excellent.

Was just “ok” this time. Got the orange shrimp which was new on the menu, shrimp was overcooked and was like rubber. Lady at table close by kept vaping and nobody from the restaurant addressed it even when it says “No Smoking of Vaping”. Probably be a while before we go back to this Doc’s.

Food was great, service was excellent (thank you Zoey for taking good care of us). The potatoes a gratin were too salty, preference is different for each person's pallet. The Thursday night grouper special, Danish baby back ribs and salmon meals were very tasty. We were too full to have desert so all I can say is they looked very tempting.

Always clean, good lighting and seating. Lots of gluten free options to choose from. Sizable drink selection. Our server was very attentive and helpful.

My server Jennie was excellent. As a solo female traveler I felt welcomed by the staff and was given a table with a view. Jennie was great at pairing my cocktail with my main course. She made tasty selections for both. Food was fresh and well prepared. I’ll be back! Also the founder wrote some fun novels that are on sale in the lobby. Great!
