Dobson & Parnell is a bustling, smart, reliable and grown-up restaurant on Newcastle’s vibrant quayside. Its understated elegant dining room adds a touch of Victorian glamour and comfort.

Specialising in perfectly-executed, refined European cuisine, using ethically-sourced local seasonal produce direct from nearby farms and markets, the sustainable kitchen specialises in preserving techniques such as curing, smoking, salting, brining and fermenting.

We are listed in the Michelin Guide, voted in the top 10 list of restaurants in Newcastle by NGI and listed in the Good Food Guide & Hardens Guide

This place was perfect. Wonderful ambience, attentive staff, delicious food what more could you ask for. The perfect amount of food to the perfect quality, the Pan Haggerty was incredible, with amazing mushrooms.

Took 30 minutes to take a drinks order, food was lukewarm - tasted nice, but unfortunately felt like a lack of care was taken in preparation Purports to be fine dining, but service needs to be much better to be considered that

Very pleasant pre theatre dinner this evening. Delicious food without being outstanding. Very attentive staff. Would very definitely go again. Toon was very busy as it's Friday - leave plenty of time to get there and park!

We arrived for family meal very friendly welcome this continued by all staff throughout the service.The food was exceptional everyone of our party of six had nothing but positive feedback. This is our second visit snd we cannot wait to return
