Welcome to dLeña, a Wood-Fire Mexican Cocina & Mezcaleria by Chef Richard Sandoval.

dLeña is derived from the Spanish word “leña,” meaning firewood. The restaurant is centered around it’s wood-burning grill - a nod to the rustic open-fire cooking techniques of Mexico’s past.

The menu transports diners to Mexico through a multi-sensory experience in every bite of the signature smoked entrées, fresh ceviches, and unique sharing plates. The expansive bar features hand-crafted margaritas, Latin cocktails, cervezas and vino.

CHEF'S TABLE EXPERIENCE:

We’ve been wanting to come here for months now and it did not disappoint! Everything we ate was delicious. The drinks were cool and had intriguing ingredients. Definitely want to come back and try more items off the menu.

I've been waiting to go here. I had high expectations. Sat at the bar. The drinks during HH were amazing. Great flavors! The food was decent. Did the small plates and shareables. Service though is the best part and the recs were great. The bartenders were nice, they gave us their favorites, provided extra sauces to enhance flavors, and even added an extra empanada where a plate comes with 3 (we paid for it obviously). Despite this, I just thought they were all really heavy and the flavor was okay. Maybe I'll give them another try and have an entree or a steak. But from this experience I didn't think it was worth the price.

We had an amazing brunch experience! The drinks were exceptional – beautifully crafted and perfectly balanced, adding a special touch to our meal. The food was delicious, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Our server, Troy, made the experience even better. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on, and his warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for a memorable brunch, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Troy taking care of you!

Great experience our waiter Jeff was outstanding. He recommended some great food and drinks and we took his word for it and it did not disappoint. We even got to check out the lounge Roja downstairs which had a great live band. Would 100% recommend. Thank you!!

Troy did a FANTASTIC job Saturday morning taking care of having things come out at a good pace and we got to explore the whole menu thanks to him. He also made sure our drinks really were bottomless! 10/10 experience :)
