What’s the point of making reservations only to wait 40 mins to be seated when you show up on time?

To start, we were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. Then we were seated 3 floors up (via stairs) to a dining area that was clearly not regularly used. Decor was poor, mix matched chairs, everything worn looking, felt thrown together. The main level and even second floor seem much better. Then the food. Everything came out cold to lukewarm. We had the eggplant appetizer and it was cold. Mussels appetizer and there was barely any broth and it was barely room temperature. For the main, we had the tenderloin steak kabob. It was also just warm. We had heard good things and thought we would give it a try. Won’t be back. Will stick with the other two, far superior, establishments in this cuisine: R***’s & D** B**. Finally, beware of the valet drivers. One of them tried to get us to pay cash/CasApp and double the rate. If you go, just use the standard valet app.

Booked reservations for 9 o’clock didn’t get seated until 945… our server made the night better very good service but the wait was absolutely ridiculous

Food was great!!.. However, their follow through on the entirety of the promised experienced left us a bit confounded and left much to be desired. We had temperamental issues such as food timing, bad table wobble, forgetting our champagne (and never bringing it), not seating us in the section we reserved, etc. Food was the saving grace here. The ambience and vibe was a little crowded and noisy. The overall value of the experience did not equate to the money spent for the night. 7/10.

We loved it! It was loud, but it was Valentine’s Day and was packed so to be expected. Our waitress was amazing… somehow the food was better.

I had dinner with a friend before an ASO concert. The service was friendly and helpful. We had a hummus/tabouli appetizer, and split 2 entrees (shish kebab and a shrimp curry that was one of the day's specials). All quite tasty.

We were seated at a weird table in a small hallway directly across from the bathroom and plate/food disposal chute. I had a view of the toilet while eating and was constantly interrupted by the loud crashes of dishes as they were being put into the chute by the servers. The drinks were super sweet and syrupy and the food, though claiming to be Persian, was nowhere near what the dish should actually taste like. Our server however was wonderful. I think it would be a great place during the summer to sit outside and have wine. The food and cocktails not so much.
