Element Bar & Kitchen mixes all the ingredients needed to make every visit extraordinary. With modern design and a warm welcome, we provide Hatfield with excellent food and drinks that will delight and comfort. Using only the best ingredients and all locally sourced where possible, we aim to create a memorable experience for every guest, bringing together all of the ingredients to make every visit special.

Reserved a table in advance as unsure as this was our first visit. Service was very good and food was tasty and well presented. Not a huge choice of menu but what I had was fine.

We were pleased with Sunday lunch. The food was properly hot! Much appreciated. No English mustard a bit odd with roast beef! Excellent service.

Food OK - although chicken schnitzel seemed like formed chicken rather than a piece of flattened meat. Service really good. Only people in their on Sunday lunch so ambience was flat.

We have really enjoyed eating at the Element Kitchen! The young lad waiting on our table was really friendly and helpful and even bought out a dessert for my boyfriend whose birthday it was. This was not asked for, the staff just seen it on our reservation! Food was outstanding, wish we lived closer because we would definitely be back again. Thankyou again!

First time we have visited the hotel, had a lovely Sunday roast, service and food was lovely A light music would of been nice as the restaurant was not busy only one other table So not very atmospheric!! We joined the Al10 elements club so will go back!!

The fish and chips with buttered peas and tartar sauce, coupled with Apple Crumble with custard is delightful. Staff polite and friendly - an all round great experience

We ate from the Festive Menu - both the fish and duck were nicely cooked. I was disappointed with the very limited gluten-free choices overall: there were no gf starters or desserts on the Festive menu and I wasn't allowed to choose a gf dessert from the main menu (chocolate mousse) which meant that I could only have ice-cream. The non-Festive menu gf mains were very limited too - risotto or steak. The food we did have was delicious but I wouldn't recommend dining there if you need a gluten-free diet.
