    Had an amazing meal however our table wasn’t ready when we came in and had to wait.. then the drinks were not taking and got popadons first and took a while for the order to be taking. They were short staff which I can sympathise but if the communication were better I would rate more stars.. the food was very good though and at the end the staff were really nice. Would go again though… didn’t put me off :)

    We had a lovely evening at Dilli Haat Westbourne and our curries were all very good. The staff are very attentive and the atmosphere is good, it's obvious to be very popular. We will be back for sure!

    Delicious food, but poor cocktails (the barman had to google how to make it and it wasn’t anything like how it should have been) and slow service. It’s a fairly pricey restaurant and though the food quality is good, service needs to be brought up to the same standard.

    Booked a table for lunch at 12:30. Got there 12:25. Place all closed up, lights off, nobody there. Came back 12.35. Exactly the same. Restaurant still closed (locked with a bar across the front door). Totally disgusted. So if you are hungry and want something to eat, do as we did. Go somewhere else. Totally disgusted.

    Very nice family run restaurant, the food and service was very good. We had a very pleasant meal. The portions are quite big so we found we over-ordered !

    Despite having an 8pm booking we were turned away as the table was not ready. Received a text at 8.30 to return. Once seated drinks were slow to arrive and we had to eventually signal to place our food order. Very slow service overall. We’re not even offered dessert menus, but given the late hour by then I can understand why. The food was tasty, but we are unlikely to return due to those slow service issues.

    We really enjoyed our meal at Dilli Haat. We ate early and the restaurant filled up quickly. Our only criticism being that we ordered a starter to share and then our mains and although we asked the starter to be served first it all arrived together. Disappointing as by the time we had eaten our starter the mains were getting cold. However it won’t stop us going there. We will just make sure the information is fully understood.
