We strive to serve exquisite food and give excellent service. Dillard's specializes in traditional American steakhouse fare including Filets, New York Strips, Ribeye's, Wagyu, and more. Our side dishes range from Lobster Macaroni and Cheese to Garlic Smashed Potatoes, and are portioned to be shared with others at your table. The wine list is both exceptional and unique to this town as we tend to find wines that other dining establishments haven’t yet discovered. Our cocktail menu rotates with the seasons, utilizing fresh berries and herbs to highlight our spirits.

Kitchen was not adequately staffed which led to long wait times between ordering and when food arrived (which was difficult to understand because the restaurant was not busy). Our food didn’t come out together so members of our party had to wait while watching others eat (or wait and eat cold food). Quality of food didn’t match price point. Bar was limited and multiple people in our party had to choose different wine or cocktail because they were “out of it”.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. The food was good but the bar was not properly stocked and the drinks took a very long time to come out. We ordered second drinks when the food came out and by the time the drinks came, we were already done with our meals. We were there fairly early and it was not busy. Our poor server did the best he could but we were frustrated and annoyed. Overall, the experience didn’t really feel worth what we were spending. Thankfully, the food was delicious. Otherwise, it would have been a waste.

The food is good. But, man, the service is terrible. It’s not like they don’t care. I believe they do, but perhaps they are understaffed and under-trained. We waited 90 minutes for dinner. Over 30 for breakfast. And it wasn’t busy. It could also be that they are new. Who knows. I wish them luck in getting it right, though.

This place needs help. The service was good but the food was subpar. They had very little in the wine department matter of fact our sweet waitress said the only had one Cabernet and it was 25.00 per glass. The lamb chop was good but the grits it came on was ice cold . The Rizzotto was crunchy bland and under cooked. The shrimp app was very good . Way too expensive for what you get. Would not return.
