Have been here many times and have had great experiences. The food is amazing, but this experience was different. I’d made a reservation for the igloo, when we got there they did not have it. I even had called to confirm the day before. ( very frustrating) but they did seat us in one of the Carts which was fine. We just wanted to be somewhere quiet and it was very quiet. We got the charcuterie board as an appetizer and it was very disappointing. We always get it and this time it was small. There was only two types of cheeses and their variety was just very minimal. Our main food was delicious and cooked Just right. The service was just ok, a lot of miscommunication with thinking our drinks were ordered when they weren’t so little bit extra waiting.

Serves was good but the meal was overpriced . I think a server should earn the service fee it should not just be added.

We had an exceptional meal experience, my wife had the Buffalo tamale, and I had the Buffalo skirt steak with the add on of demi glace sauce and topped with tiger shrimp.. this was outstanding..

We had a lovely igloo to enjoy our Christmas Eve with our grandchildren. Special evening for our family.p with Terra.

Very good food. A little spendy for the area, but they put effort into it. Our server seemed a little put out that we were even there at first but then got better. I might go again. But wouldnt go if you have special diet considerations.

Waiter was very nice but needed a tad more training, also one person in the party had to wait for about 10 mins before food was delivered after everyone else was served, Drinks also came out slow. Food tasted amazing although $22 for a shrimp salad that only had two piece of shrimp was certainly not worth it. and overall experience was good. Not sure that we will be back.
