My husband and I drive up from the Jersey Shore area about 40 minutes. We have been to this establishment a few times however this was by far the worst time we had. They have all new wait staff and only 1 bartender was working and it was pretty busy. I made reservations for 9:00 pm our order was taken a few minutes later. Our food came out before our drinks which took 40 minutes. I ordered the octopus which smelled very fishy was very slimy and had absolutely no flavor. My husband ordered an old fashioned smoked which was not smoked because the waitress did not know how to use the wood top smoker..really? Unfortunately we will no longer patronize this lounge. Extremely disappointed!

Overall I enjoyed my visit. But the drinks were water done and had large chunks of ice. Wish they had a few more food options. Definitely would return for a 2nd visit.

The food is absolutely amazing!! Lamb chops and steak were seasoned to perfection.

I have been to Destino before, and the service was great. This visit the service was poor. The waiter seemed lost all night, and we had to ask several times for our orders. The service was forgivable, but theft is not. I paid my tab online using the QR code, and when I checked my bank statement, there was an additional $100 I was charged that I did not authorize. For that, I will never go back.

A cozy atmosphere and fancy location mixed with the prompt service handled by a professional staff, all worked to make my experience there a very memorable one… The food was delicious too… The music a bit loud, and not varied enough for my taste.

Destino is making the most out of its space. The decor and ambiance are very classy with a throwback sort of elegance theme. Service was above and beyond- everyone looks sharp and is attentive. The food is phenomenal- we tried skirt steak, chorizo, mini papa rellena, even the tostones were better than any we’ve had. Cocktails were flavorful and not over sweet. Excellent date night choice. Highly recommended.

This place is perfect for a date. It’s lacking a vibe though. I would recommend adding a DJ, hookah, or happy hour. It’s a cute spot, but I wanted more.

Second time there and things just as wonderful. This time we actually enjoyed the food which was excellent! The music did get REALLY loud at one point, but I spoke with the Manager and he lowered it a bit. The only other thing that bothered me a bit was we were drinking gin and tonics, not knowing they were using Bombay, which was a bit pricey at the end.....I should have asked. Great place, go you'll love it!

The overall experience was good but the management should work on the size of the food that was served for the amount of money. The flavors were not there either! I understand they have to make the money but it was so little for plain flavor. Something to look into. The music was nice but so loud we were shouting to hear each other. The managers and the waitresses were really nice and attending!
