This place is a hidden gem. The lady looking after us all evening was kind, efficient and nothing was any trouble. The menu choice is amazing and the food was delicious. Best we have had in a long time

We haven’t been here since the ownership changed. We had a lovely warm welcome, what a delight she is, so friendly. The food, complimentary bread with tomato and , w had the sharing platter for 2 between 3 plenty! 2 of us had pasta dishes and one risotto all fab, several things I would like to try like the slow cooked beef stew. Wine reasonably priced too. You really should try it.

Food was really good, very tasty. Most enjoyable Sunday Roast we've had in a long time. Service is relaxed and friendly, not rushed. Good value price wise too. Would recommend Desire and would certainly eat here again.

Sunday lunch is really great, with lots of choice and lovely food. Pleasant service and attention. We had quite a long wait between our main roast and our sweet course but to be fair there was a table of 12 being served at that point.

The service was very good. The atmosphere was very good also. The food was amazing and it was served hot. The plates were also hot which I find a big selling point. The waitress was very welcoming and was very attentive. The price was very competitive and reasonable. I would recommend this diner for Sunday roast.

We were a table of 4 who all went for the Sunday Roast. The food was super tasty & the service was excellent. My only criticism was we had only just finished dessert when the bill was put on our table which we hadn't even asked for.! I was hoping for an Irish coffee to finish off but didn't get the chance as being given the bill it was time to go.

Our Sunday lunch was absolutely delicious and met it's reputation very well. The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. The ladies was very clean and well laid out. Our only criticism is that the blue table we were sat at was a little sticky and didn't look as nice as the other wooden topped tables in the restaurant. Thanks very much for a wonderful lunch!

There was a light above us that kept going on and off. Which was annoying There were children also running around and shouting. The menu was limited and not value for money.
