The DeSimone's Steakhouse is nestled in the mountains, near Hoover Dam, inside the Railroad Pass Casino and Hotel, serving quality cuts of meat, fresh seafood and Italian dishes in an Old Vegas setting. DeSimone's Steakhouse offers guests a fine-casual dining experience. A starter of coconut shrimp with an apricot sweet chili, spinach artichoke dip with warm tortilla chips, or traditional French onion soup. Guests can feast on a main course of filet mignon with lobster tail, Thai curry seabass, or indulge in our famous slow-roasted prime rib. Our restaurant also offers fresh salad, hearty soups and scrumptious desserts.

DeSimone's Steakhouse offers a selection of wine and handmade craft cocktails. Hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 4pm to 10pm.

Our server Vincent was fantastic. The food was just ok. I think it's a little overpriced for what you get. The cooks need to be trained better on steaks. Medium to medium well doesn't mean red and bloody on the inside. I would go back again only with a Groupon. This isn't Ruth Criss or The Golden Steer by any stretch.

Wonderful place. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was great. My guest and I had a terrific time. Our server was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

very disappointed. food was just average, Cafe quality. I guess it is because they are cooking it all in the Cafe across the hall, and carting it over. Save you $$$$ and just go to the cafe next door. not upscale at all. Sat next to the Tee shirt and shorts crew.

We were a party of 3, and I had a Groupon. The wedge salad was a meal in itself. Lobster chowder was very flaverful. I had the chicken with a large baked potato with ALL the toppings. Daughter had the burger which came with a lot of fries. Each drink came with a carafe, so no need to ask for seconds. The deserts were excellent as well. It was a long drive from Vegas, but well worth it.

We visited DeSimone's for a second time Saturday, 08/24/2024. The first visit three weeks earlier was fraught with errors, but this visit was a much improved experience. My wife had the filet and I had a Strip steak. We both ordered our beef to be cooked medium-rare. The filet was perfectly cooked and mine arrived at medium, so the cook overshot the medium-rare target a little bit. The service was better this time around and the Sous Chef visited our table before and after our meal. Thank you, Kim, for making our visit much more satisfying than the first.

We had a reservation for 4 at 6 pm on Friday evening. We were given the first table upon entering the restaurant. We were able to sit further into the restaurant, but were not able to sit in any of the open booths (our preference). I had a Groupon, was unaware the bill was dropped as we were never offered dessert or coffee. When I gave the Groupon I believe the incorrect Groupon was applied. Very disappointing

My porterhouse was frozen and the quality didn’t justify I mentioned to the server only to be offered an aimless apology. My son could have had a better quality filet at Texas Roadhouse no doubt The chocolate lava cake was delicious. We came here on a Groupon and still feel like we overpaid.
