The Joseph's rooftop bar, Denim, features indoor or outdoor seating and Chef de Cuisine Shane Midnight's all-day menu, featuring shareable and craveable dishes, such as Crispy Glazed Pork Belly, Manchego-Herb Tater Tots, fresh salads, and crispy pizzas. Finish with seasonal tarts and ice cream sandwiches by James Beard Award Semifinalist, Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti.

Stylishly designed with towering walls of salvaged denim, neon poetry, endless black marble, chic poolside cabanas, and a lush living green wall, Denim is a rooftop bar for locals and travelers looking to escape the usual and slip into comfortable luxury. Denim is open spring through fall.

This fall, cozy up 21 stories above the city in a private outdoor cabana for the evening, and gather around the fire for shareable bites, spirited pairings, and stunning views of Nashville at night. Perfect for two to six guests, your experience includes a melting pot of fondue with Emmentaler and Gruyère cheeses, along with Chef's curated assortment of accompaniments such as house-made focaccia, roasted cauliflower, cured meats, grilled beef tenderloin, and crudité. Fireside Fondue is $50 per guest. Optional tasting flights of whiskey are an additional $30-40 per guest. All pricing is exclusive of tax and gratuity. This experience is weather permitting.

Loved loved LOVED Denim. Definitely a hidden gem In Nashville. Perfect for a quiet luxury feel with a beautiful view of the sky. I will definitely be back to Nashville to enjoy this place again

Drinks, service and view were amazing. Food was eh. Could have better/ more varied options - kind of limited.

Perhaps our expectations were too high, we had been to Nolan where we had a fabulous meal. The food was very good, but, not "inspired." Shrimp Scampi was outstanding, pizza was not special ($27), panzanella was good but serving size was meager. Meatballs were OK. The restaurant has a limited menu. That their fryer wasn't working made it an even shorter list of choices.

Good service and beautiful restaurant. However, the chicken wings were bland and the pizza tasted like a frozen grocery store pizza. The pizza also wasn’t cooked properly.

Amazing views, great food, great drinks, and they brought us soft and thick blankets. Only thing that could make it better would have been some music
